Des taches sur le lit convertible qui n'étaient pas très ragoutantes. Nous en avons informé la personne de l'accueil qui n'est pas intervenu.

Chambre exiguë, pas de dessus d'abattant wc, pas d'étagère à proximité du lavabo, acoustique mauvaise par rapport au couloir, pas de shampoing, etc.

Cons:

Ascenseur minuscule, inutile. La réservation promettait une chambre familiale avec lit double, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé lit. Pas de lits jumeaux, nos filles ados ont du partager un canapé lit complètement défoncé, avec des morceaux de fer coupant sur le cadre. Le personnel a essayé de nous arranger mais la prestation ne correspondait pas du tout à la description booking.
