L'hôtel était calme avec un bon emplacement. Le service était agréable, mais le fais qu'on ai changé de chambre

L'emplacement, on a pas mal de chose à voir à coter.

Cons:

On avait une bonne chambre avec une belle vue sur la rue. Mais on nous a changé de chambre pour des travaux dans l'après-midi pour au final la chambre sous donner à quelqu'un d'autre 2h plus tard. En résumé ils ont donné la chambre à quelqu'un d'autre pour nous donner une chambre avec aucune vue sur rien et on ne pouvait pas aérer.

A rough start ended well
Pros:

Well connected, it’s an old building but very clean, they changed towels every day; the staff super helpful and kind.

It’s not exactly the property fault, but on the description of the hotel, when we booked it said “air conditioning” while there’s no AC in the whole building. At first we were given a room on the 5th floor and it was super hot! But the staff was very helpful and gave us a room on the first floor, facing the garden and that, plus a rainy day, helped a lot and we could enjoy our stay

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

L’emplacement

Je regrette d’avoir pris les 2 nuits de notre séjour Parisien dans cet hôtel.
Nous avons passés 2 nuits, très mauvaises.
Il y a aucune isolation et nous entendons TOUT ce qui se passe à côté, sans parler des murs qui sont sales et de la chambre en elle même, qui laisse à désirer.
Je n’ai jamais vu un tel hôtel et pourtant j’ai voyagé.
Déçue aussi du petit déjeuner.
Je ne vous conseille pas cet hôtel si vous voulez vous reposer le soir et la nuit, après de longue journée de marche et de visite de la ville.

L’hôtel n’est également pas climatisé, j’aurais dû lire les avis avant de cliqué sur réserver.
C’est dommage car je le trouve plutôt bien situé, mais il y a trop de choses négatifs et non négligeable en mon sens.

Hotel très bien placé, proche métro et centre.

Cons:

Ils m'ont fait payer la taxe de séjour alors que je l'avais payée via votre site..je n'ai toujours pas été remboursée malgré une relance
Ils ont dû nous changer de chambre car il y avait une fuite d eau....(rien de grave..)

Hôtel bien mais attention à l'odeur des oreillers
Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable, souriant et gentil

Cons:

La moisissure sur les plafonds et surtout les oreillers qui sentaient le fromage. Il est possible que la moisissure est déteinte dessus. Il a fallu mettre une serviette dessus pour masquer un peu l'odeur. Sans cela , l'hôtel est agréable et bien situé.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était bien mais manquait peut être d’un plus grand choix de céréales et l hôtel était bien situé.

Cons:

Ma chambre était trop petite, salle de bain minuscule.
Nous avons souffert de la chaleur (canicule) car pas de climatisation , un petit ventilateur d appoint et surtout aucun frigo pour nos bouteilles d eaux .
