El baño demasiado pequeño y antiguo

Chambre petite et vétuste (elle mériterait un bon coup de frais) .
Pas de clim dans la chambre, seulement un petit ventilateur cassé (impossible de régler la puissance, et impossible de le mettre en position fixe car boutons cassés et ventilateur rafistolé avec du scotch) . Au vu des températures qu'il faisait ce weekend ça brassé de l'air chaud plutôt que de rafraîchir (alors que dans la description de l'hôtel il était écrit Climatisation en été)
Petit déjeuner très moyen, pas énormément de choix et viennoiseries pas terribles.

Pour le prix de la nuit, nous nous attendions à mieux...

Il manque la climatisation même si les ventilateurs sont de qualité.

On entendait du bruit dans la chambre ; il n'y avait pas beaucoup de place dans la salle de bain ni beaucoup de place dans la chambre pour ranger ses affaires.

Purtroppo la posizione è l’unica nota positiva. L’ascensore è davvero lento, è capitato di doverlo attendere per vari minuti. La camera è molto piccola, il bagno ancora di più… non c’è neanche un mobile dove poter appoggiare una spazzola, tantomeno una presa per la corrente, il che significa doversi asciugare i capelli fuori dal bagno. Abbiamo anche avuto un problema con il WC, che sì è otturato e ha allagato il bagno. Abbiamo subito chiesto aiuto alla receptionist, che ci ha garantito il supporto rapido di un tecnico. Tuttavia, al nostro ritorno in camera, il WC era ancora otturato… per fortuna siamo riusciti a stapparlo da soli, ma è stato davvero vergognoso. La pulizia generale lascia a desiderare… la tendina della doccia era sporca, così come la moquette. Infine, la colazione è stata forse la delusione più grande; ho trovato assurda l’assenza di croissants come si deve, c’erano solo dei mini cornettini (palesemente scongelati) e dei vasetti di nutella, nient’altro. Anche il salato davvero scarso.. presenti solo degli yogurt, una macedonia e del prosciutto cotto. Siamo rimasti davvero delusioni, tanto che spesso, pur avendo pagato la colazione in hotel, siamo stati costretti ad uscire e a farla fuori, nelle boulangerie che si trovano a due passi dall’hotel e dove è possibile acquistare ottimi pain au chocolat a pochi euro. Col senno di poi, non pagherei per la colazione, che è stata davvero la delusione più grande di tutto il soggiorno.. non so se mi sento di consigliarlo, la posizione è ottima e in mezz’ora di metro si raggiungono le principali attrazioni, ma aldilà di questo, purtroppo il resto è davvero scarso. Peccato.

The only 2 stars I give it is for the location and the service, which is excellent, in terms of cleanliness and hospitality service (breakfast). But I was quite disappointed that the room is very very small (I don't think it has the size of 15 m2 as reflected in Booking, and it was a double room) and it does not have air conditioning even though booking shows that it does have air conditioning in summer (the trip was at the end of May but the temperatures have risen too much to justify putting it in). The thing is that they directly do not have air either in summer or outside of that season (there is no air installation in the room) and the receptionist confirmed it to me on the last day when I showed her what Booking said with a "Our hotel has never had air conditioning" so she gave me a fan........ I don't know... I understand that the price of almost 150 euros per night in a double room is justified by the service, which I reiterate is excellent, and a good location, but this is not the case in the facilities (I upload photos of my room and what it said on Booking). My friends stayed in others in the same area that, having cost the same or a little more expensive, had air conditioning and more modern and spacious facilities, and of the same category (3 ⭐). Mine did have something good, which was the included breakfast, but it was not worth it at all, since it was based on basic and industrial pastries that you can find at the Carrefour Express across the street. I don't recommend it, much less in summer.

Un petit rafraîchissement des chambre serait bienvenu

Havia limpeza todos os dias no quarto, o que era bom. Só acho que a limpeza do banheiro (vaso sanitário) poderia ser um pouco melhor.
