Decent budget stay in a convenient location, with some drawbacks.
Pros:

I stayed at the Greet Hotel in Boulogne for a total of two nights. Thanks to an Accor summer sale, I got an excellent deal at €85 per night including breakfast.

The location is good: it is close to Marcel Sembat metro station, with most central Paris destinations reachable within about 20/30 minutes. There are also several supermarkets and bistros nearby, and the neighbourhood felt pleasant, quiet, and safe, even in the evening.

Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room, however, was a mixed experience. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, but the room itself, and especially the bathroom, were very small. There were some visible stains on the carpet and walls, and there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked very well, which was essential during the summer.

The room was poorly soundproofed, and I could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms. The building itself is quite old, with creaky wooden floors and stairs that add to the noise.

Breakfast was quite basic and, in my opinion, lacking in variety. Some items such as yogurt were missing, and the selection of bread was limited and not particularly high quality.

Would I return? Probably yes, but only if traveling solo and at a similarly reduced price. In that case, I would likely skip the hotel breakfast and eat elsewhere. For two people or at a higher rate, I would most likely look for another option.

La literie est super, le décor de la chambre sur le tennis est incroyable et dans les détails j’ai adoré ainsi qu’à l’accueil. le personnel est accueillant.
