Great location, wonderful and helpful keystafff
Pros:

The staff were the biggest attraction and value of your hotel. KOFFI , ANNABEL, MARTIN were superb and very helpful

Stay was bad and I won't come back again
Pros:

The location was good and the Wi-Fi was okay

Cons:

There’s no housekeeping at this hotel, and the staff is rude. During my stay, I accidentally broke a bottle of water in the bathroom. I went downstairs to ask the staff for a vacuum cleaner or to have housekeeping come up, but they had neither.

What kind of hotel doesn’t have a vacuum cleaner or housekeeping available? They offered no solution and didn’t move me to another room. As a result, I couldn’t shower and had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night.

So please be aware: there are much better options out there.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal au cœur de Paris à deux pas de la place Vendome. L’hôtel est propre et la literie confortable. Personnel très agréable.

Cons:

Les équipements sont vieillissants et l’hôtel mériterait un rafraîchissement. Je trouve que le prix était élevé pour le standing de l’hôtel.

Pros:

Большой номер для Парижа, вкусный завтрак, все работает, чисто, хорошая уборка, лифт. В номере был раздельный туалет и ванная (для кого-то плюс, для кого-то минус)

Cons:

В описании отеля не отражено, что при заселении берут депозит 150 евро, что не очень удобно, поскольку возврат депозита занял 29 дней.

Very good. Would recommend to anyone who prioritizes value and comfort.
Pros:

Very well located small but functional lobby. Lovely staff . Not pretentious ..

Cons:

Not the property per se but lots of construction in the neighborhood…this is all over Paris so not a real criticism. Good the hotel has a big banner so it’s easy to find

Excellent location, very quiet.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Walkable to main tourist attractions, cute bars, shops, stores nearby. Staff is very kind and helpful. I also loved the extra door between the rooms front door and the bedroom. Hard to explain but the tiny closet/foyer area had an extra door which blocked out hallway noise. Our window faced out to the courtyard, so there was no traffic noise. FYI I booked the king bed room.

Cons:

Smallish room but very typical for Paris! I would absolutely stay here again. Maybe the price is a little high, but I found the experience very comfortable and wanted a more romantic vibe since I was traveling with my partner this time.

Acceptabil daca nu ai alta solutie!
Pros:

Locatia foarte buna!
Pacat ca managementul lasa de dorit!

Cons:

Personalul putin indiferent si uneori se astepta mult pana se deschidea usa dupa ce sunai!
La micul dejun nu existau deloc legume, iar prepararea unei omlete dura cam mult.
Mesele ramaneau mult timp nedeberasate.

Privacy in a super location
Pros:

We stayed for 10 days in this hotel and it’s literally around the corner from place vendome. There is no room service but everything you might need is literally a step away from the hotel. There are two hair salons, a few bakeries and two brasseries and a very good pharmacy down the street.
