Absolutely NOT a 4 star hotel
Pros:

Beware! This is NOT a four-star hotel. Chaotic layout on ground floor, bar, restaurant, play areas, work areas all mixed together and an invisible reception desk stuck in the middle with no signs to it.
Upper floors are dark, gloomy and badly in need of refurbishment, dirt carpets and scratched paintwork. Rooms are equally gloomy, not enough lighting, furniture looks like it came from Ikea. No minibar, aircon ineffective.
'Garden' and car park equally unkempt and depressing.

Cons:

Virtually everything. And they took a week to release my pre-authorised payment after I'd settled the final bill!

Le uova strapazzate erano pessime.

Des qualités humaines professionnelles de haut niveau
Pros:

Personnel extrêmement professionnel , avec un accueil tres chaleureux et une attention de tous les instants, même aux aurores!
L'extérieur de l'hôtel ne laisse en rien présager du confort de l'aménagement intérieur
Mention spéciale à la soirée buffet musique live du vendredi soir

Cons:

La taille de la piscine est plutôt limitée
Les aménagements extérieurs gagneraient certainement à être revus
