La ubicación es inmejorable.

Cons:

Un hotel ya muy maltratado y deficiente en elevadores dilatamos para bajar del 5 piso casi 20 minutos.
De 5 elevadores no se hace uno.

Cons:

Lifts are constantly broken down, we had to wait 10 mins in lobby multiple occasions for a working lift. One working lift for all people staying in hotel plus staff. Not good. Wasted a lot of time over 3 days waiting for lift mutliple times a day

Would stay there again for the convenience and friendliness of the staff.
Pros:

Very convenient location

Cons:

Unfortunate that not all the lifts were working which meant waiting some time or using the freight elevators or stairs.

Lokacija labai gera. Eifelio bokštas prie pat.Pusryčiai gana geri.

Cons:

Labai maži kambariai ir reikalingi remonto. Popieriniai vienkartiniai kavos puodeliai kambariuose, kurių reikia dar paprašyti papildyti. Liftai neveikiantys ir reikia keltis su pagalbiniais. Personalas nelankstus ir nepaslaugus. Atvykus vėlavo įregistruoti visą valandą, netvarkingas holas(bendro naudojimo wc)- gėda 4* žvaigždžių viešbučiui.

Akin to Falty Towers
Pros:

Best that can be said is location, location, location. The service though is lacklustre. Check in was slow- four staff assisting one person while we stood there ignored. Lifts weren’t working. Took ten minutes to get one that took you to the right floor. Room service- forget it . Asked to hold but no one came back. Arrived back after a day out to find no towels. In need of a refurbishment and a management that is customer focused. Could go on but will not be back.
