The room was good.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because it was advertised as non-smoking. I am very allergic to cigarette smoke. The hallways reaked of smoke. I couldn't sleep all night. And, the time we arrived to the hotel, it would have been impossible to change to a different one.

Good place for basic need
Pros:

More healthy food choices for your breakfast like fresh fruit, real orange juice, oatmeal etc. Bathroom walls and floor need repair and to be cleaner.

Pros:

Location was great. Needed to be close to centenary for heart surgery

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. The room was in poor condition, with stained furniture, an unpleasant smell, and very small, uncomfortable pillows (only three for a king-size bed). The adjoining door between rooms felt insecure, and our room door didn't inspire much confidence either.
What made the experience worse was the customer service. We had advised the hotel that we were in town for a cardiac procedure, and within an hour of being discharged from heart surgery, we were dealing with arguments and accusations from staff rather than receiving any understanding or support.
The overall cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism fell well below expectations. We left feeling frustrated, stressed, and disappointed. I would not choose to stay here again.

Very comfortable
Pros:

The room is spacious and clean , the staffs where good especially the Female receptionist she was very warm and welcoming.
And it’s just a few minutes walk to Walmart.

Cons:

Nothing really, my stay was good
