За время наших с мужем путешествий, мы останавливались в разных отелях, но такого уровня комфорта, чистоты, удобства и обслуживания я, пожалуй, ещё не встречала.
Здесь всё продумано до мельчайших деталей. Кажется, что абсолютно всё создано для того, чтобы гости чувствовали себя максимально комфортно. Безупречная чистота, невероятно внимательный персонал, прекрасная организация и атмосфера, в которой действительно можно расслабиться и наслаждаться каждой минутой.
Особенно хочется отметить, что высокий уровень чувствуется не только в чём-то одном, а абсолютно во всём. Это тот редкий случай, когда реальность превосходит все ожидания.
Огромная благодарность всей команде отеля за такой потрясающий опыт! А особенно Десиславе, Вы действительно установили для меня новую планку гостеприимства. Сюда хочется возвращаться снова и снова!

This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was simply outstanding.
The attention to detail, exceptional cleanliness, incredible comfort, and impeccable service made our stay unforgettable. Every little detail has been thoughtfully considered to make guests feel welcome and completely at ease.
I have stayed in many hotels, but I can genuinely say that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The level of hospitality here is simply remarkable.
A very special thank you to Desislava, who deserves particular recognition for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. People like her make all the difference and turn a wonderful stay into a truly memorable one.

Pros:

I came to the hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and had a problem with my room. Daisy from Guest Relations reached out to me right away and gave me a much nicer, upgraded room, with a bouquet of flowers and a cake waiting inside. It was truly beyond wonderful. She is really the right person in the right place. The hotel's cleanliness is beyond words, and the staff's kindness truly stands out. A huge thank you, especially to Daisy!

Amazing hotel - fantastic experience

The staff is outstanding - everyone is tuned to one important thing - make us the customers happy - really !!!
The 3 restaurants are great the Italian is outstanding 👏
The rooms are spacious and being cleaned twice a day thoroughly
P.S. one thing that we noticed that differentiate the hotel is that it’s so GREAN 🌿- walking around the Limassol beachfront promenade you can immediately notice that the other hotels don’t look so nice as this one and it’s all about the plants and trees - well done🌿👏

Cons:

I would have preferred that it would have a “real” private beach which is part of the hotel - but, saying that, the beach was great and the service at the beach was also outstanding as was everything at this hotel
