Cleanliness
5
Multiple reviews cite stained hallway carpets, musty rooms, mold in bathrooms and even a report of cockroaches; cleanliness is a clear weakness.
Service
9
Staff and bartenders are repeatedly described as friendly and efficient though there are isolated front-desk failures (e.g., unhelpful with Wi‑Fi/keys); overall service sentiment is strong.
Location
9.5
Location is frequently praised as perfect/central and a primary positive in many reviews.
Room Quality
6.5
Rooms are described as dated with issues (indented mattresses, cracked fixtures, small bathrooms, armoire damage); a few guests found rooms spotless, but overall quality is middling.
Amenities
8.8
Good on amenities like an indoor/outdoor pool and an active bar with capable bartenders; offset by problems with elevators, parking congestion and spotty Wi‑Fi.
Value for Money
9.8
Multiple guests call the price great/affordable and cite strong value (e.g., excellent rate relative to expected cost).
Food and Beverage
8
Mixed reports: several guests praise breakfast and bartenders, while others call the included breakfast poor or repetitive; overall slightly positive.
Overall Experience
9
Overall impressions are mixed but skew positive due to location, friendly staff and strong value despite notable cleanliness and room quality issues.

Pros:

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything.

Cons:

The bed my wife and I used was indented in the middle so badly, we were rolling toward the middle. I had to place a pillow in the middle, so we would roll. The room was sufficient, but dated. The toilet tank was cracked, and the armoire had a door hanging off. I'm not a complainer, but I will not stay here again. Also, the breakfast, which was included, was terrible. I suppose I can't complain since it was free, but I've had better breakfast in every large chain hotel. Also, there are so many rooms in this place, and we had to wait 30 minutes for an elevator.

The beds were okay and the location was good, but we won’t stay again.
Pros:

It was a great location, close to several things to do.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small, the door almost reached the toilet and it was hard to move around in it. The hallway carpet was stained and our room was musty smelling.
They had breakfast from 7-10, and when we got back to our room about 9:50 to load our things, our keys didn’t work. I called the front desk and they said they turn the keys off at 10:00, which it wasn’t. I had to wait through very full elevators to get to the lobby to get my key reactivated and they said they “wouldn’t charge me for a late check out.” I saw nothing about a 10:00 check out and there were 3 other people in line with the same issue. We will never stay there again.
