Great place , just not cool…staff was awesome
Pros:

Almost everything…except that a/c in master did not work…staff came quickly, but repair man did not ever show up for the 4 days we were there…to be fair they did offer us to move,but after they were so quick to come ck it we thought we would give benefit of sought that they would call service for next morning….but did not hear from them

Cons:

Should have had additional sink in shower bath or front by sink…otherwise great facility!

I didn't like that I had to re clean the bathroom because our whole room smelled like old pee until I cleaned it.

The beds were comfortable. Thats it.

Cons:

Tiny fridge, tiny room, small dinner table. No microwave in room, and had very little water pressure on the shower. Had to reprogram the tv remote myself and plug back of tv in.

Convenient for a one night stopover
Pros:

Convenient hotel in a central location. Comfortable room. Variety of items at breakfast. Free parking.

Cons:

It wasn't the cleanest - the bathroom had a strange smell (think was the drains, as it did go eventually).

Not bad but not amazing
Pros:

Good location and reasonable cost

Cons:

The hotel was extremely busy, so parking was difficult. Also the cleanliness was not the best. When we arrived the tv was on so we questioned if we were in the right space. It is a small room, mini fridge but no microwave.

One of the easiest and homiest stays i’ve had.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, i loved the buffet layout. Although we stayed one night it was a wonderful stay. We had a beautiful view and the location was perfect to get around the main part of branson. Navigating around the hotel was easy as well. The indoor/outdoor pool was so cool! Super clean, fast elevators, friendly staff, friendly guests, good breakfast, restaurants in the hotel! Our family loved staying here and i guarantee we will be back!

Enjoyed my stay
Pros:

The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. SK at the front desk was very helpfull in giving me information on my next stay. I have stayed here before and my stay was excellent. There are plenty of carts to take luggage up to the rooms. Plenty of elevators so the wait to go up or down is not long. I had a room with a wonderful view. I really like the free breakfast they provide, many choices and plenty of seating. The location is great too, near the middle of town, within walking distance to many attractions. Price is very good. I will definitely stay here again.
