Fabulous staff and amazing location
Pros:

I was in Rostock unexpectedly because my husband became unwell on a cruise. He was taken to a hospital in Rostock and I needed accommodation. I could not have been happier with everything at this hotel. In a city I didn’t know, with a language I couldn’t speak, every single person I dealt with was extremely supportive, kind and provided excellent service at every possible opportunity.

Rundum zufrieden
Pros:

In allen Bereichen, sehr freundliches Personal.
Da wir schon am Vormittag anreisten, gab es die Möglichkeit das Gepäck abzugeben, die Kurkarten zu bekommen und erstmal auf Erkundungstour zu gehen.
Das Zimmer war super toll und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.
Das Buffet, zum Frühstück, ein Traum .. Es gab wirklich alles was das Herz begehrt .. wir sagen Danke 😀

Der Spa/Saunabereich mit Blick über Rostock für ein Hotel sensationell

Ein sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und das Personal war freundlich und "auf zack" - top

Cons:

Der Platz für die Gäste im Restaurant zu den Stoßzeiten beim Frühstück kann bei vollem Haus etwas eng werden - aber das Personal hat immer alles hinbekommen
