Everyone I met were wonderful and helpful. It was loverly to have a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator. I often brought home leftovers, could safely store them in the refrigerator and warm them in the microwave for a late-night meal. The kitchen had some dishes and utensils. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was in good condition. This is an older building and is showing its age and wear. I did not hear noise from other units on my floor from the unit above. I would happily stay here again. The neighborhood seems safe and was quiet.
The sofa could have used a steam cleaning as the fabric looked soiled but there was no smell. The door locked with a key and didn't look very secure.
The location was great bed was comfy!
Very old interior and furnishings and curtains worn the lift was a worry.
Clean bathroom, sheets, very nice receptionist, big space, view, amenities in the kitchen, walkable streets, public transportation nearby, free parking
Everything is quite dated and worn-out, e.g. a carpet that you wouldn’t walk on without flip flops, flicking lights in hallway, old elevator
Good location. Large apartment
The complex and rooms are run down but are well equipped.

Staff were super nice and friendly!! Will definetly be coming back to stay next year marathon! :)
Location was awesome. Loved the view of Robson on the 12th floor and the old school 90’s vibe
I had no idea about breakfast or the pool. Perhaps I could have asked. So crazy the city permits for noise is 7am, buddy was out with the loudest saw at 7:22am Friday morning.
The location was unquestionably a positive as it was close to downtown Vancouver and the events that we were taking part in. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The check out time was 11, but due to the event we were taking part in, we needed to keep our car parked in the hotel lot for an extra hour. We were allowed to do so and were not charged. Our hotel room was spacious; it was likely an apartment hotel and so we had a kitchen with fridge, stove and necessary dishes, pans and cutlery. The appliances had definitely seen a better day, but they worked and so we were able to cook our evening meal. BTW, there's a small H Mart just south on Robson just a short walk from the hotel, where we were able to get items for our dinner. If you're not into cooking, there are several excellent restaurants not far away. Great view from our hotel room! One more attractive feature was that there was plenty of parking available in the hotel lot and it was free! Overall, despite the aged appearance of the hotel, there are enough positives to count this hotel as good value for the price.
The hotel itself is in rough shape. As noted above, it's likely has been an apartment-hotel (and possibly still is as we spoke with a couple of people who seemed to be tenants). The elevator was in sad shape and when we exited the elevator on our floor, we noted the fluorescent lighting was flickering giving the hallway a Stephen King vibe. The doors to the rooms were scuffed up and some were chipped. The rooms are in dire need of upgrading. They were fairly clean, though I did find some child's stuffed toy on the floor in the dust behind the nightstand in the bedroom (how long has it been there?).
Location, staff and parking.
The facility was old and shabby. The microwave in the kitchenette was broken, the coffee pot handle melted. The drapes and carpet very worn.
