The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly.
We had a room close to the lift which was quite noisy, we mentioned this to the young lady at reception and at once she apologised and moved us into another room a few doors up in a corner which was much better, also the young man on reception was also very friendly and communicated with us.
Only the fact we were in a room near a noisy lift
No toilet roll in room. When asked reception the guy said it’s not my job to refill. When attempting to take from the cleaners tray, she shouted and said don’t touch.

Very noisy, very busy, no food at breakfast.
