Super friendly, helpful staff and a fun stay.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and so helpful and friendly. My wedding party and I were staying for the week and the staff were so accommodating of our needs, particularly when we needed to find a room to get ready in with aircon. The free drink for foregoing room cleaning is a nice touch

Cons:

No aircon in the executive suites and no ability to open the windows. Portable air conditioning would be ideal

Great stay and very accommodating staff. Bit warm though 😄
Pros:

Great staff, beautiful bar and restaurant, lovely sunny terrace.

Cons:

Windows could only open a small amount. Due to summer heat I was very warm. Also if a flat sheet was provided as well as light duvet so option to use either.

Awful & very long
Pros:

Very central

Cons:

Very old style, no air con, no reception -bit like Fawlty Towers with overworked barmen & women doing reception & pouring drinks & serving food! Bathroom was dirty and skirtings and tiling filthy. Rips in the old duvet covers. Felt like everything done on the cheap.
Promotion on for a free drink if you forego your room being cleaned- says it all!
My shower tray was so blocked up it completely overflowed onto the floor.
Tv had no decent channels or Netflix, choice was Judge Judy or The repair shop on repeat. Was there for a week with work & honestly felt like prisons have better facilities

The Harrogate Inn - Aug 26
Pros:

Very good central location and easy access to all Harrogate has to offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival.

Cons:

The room was far too hot and windows couldn't be opened far enough to help cool the room, a fan was provided but this was really noisy and kept us awake at night.

Parking is a nightmare, there is a very small car park at the back but this is always full. There isn't even anywhere out the front for unloading / loading. Found some good on street parking on Duchy Road, which is less than a 5 minute walk.

The shower had an issue with it that caused some very loud and irritating vibrations.
