Cons:

Room down a flight of stairs and no lift....will request a ground floor room next time. Excessive charge of £20 extra for one small dog...not warranted.

Pros:

The only negative was the hard mattresses. Other than that i cannot fault the stay at all. The location is perfect. The staff go above and beyond. We had the dog with us on one of the hottest days of the year, the air-conditioning in the room was a lifesaver.

If you are looking for a basic nights' stay, this is your place.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and well kitted out with Ironing facilities. Bathroom was good with an excellent shower. Staff were excellent.

Cons:

We didn't eat breakfast and although the evening meals were acceptable, they were very salty and the Caesar salad I had, came with far too much dressing. The wine was expensive for what it was.
