Location is nice and quiet
Allocated an interconnected room with 16year olds .
Easy to find and close to main routes
The food was ok, but some items were not cooked properly and I didn’t always get what I ordered. The TV channels barely had any signal so couldn’t really watch TV. The WiFi is open and not password protected so I couldn’t do some of the work I needed to do.
Having stayed here before, it was the obvious choice to stay again when travelling down to visit relatives living in the area. Hotel staff again were very friendly and helpful. Place was clean and tidy, dog friendly, which is perfect. Will be booking in again when visiting. Well done 👏
Couldn't fault it
Great location for my work
Conveniently close to M1
Plenty of parking
Friendly staff
Cash not accepted in the bar.
The gents lavatory didn’t flush
Everything about our stay was exceptional, the staff were so polite and very helpful, and that goes for everyone, the food in the restaurant was excellent, the room was very clean and welcoming,
If there was anything that could be made better it might be to make a newspaper available in a morning, it's nice to peruse over a paper at breakfast in a morning .
Excellent location for a local wedding.

Beds lovely and comftable ,
I didn't relize the pool had closed , I was gutted , we was really looking forward to that so unfortunately the last stay.
Staff were friendly & helpful, the hotel was clean and freshly decorated, the room was a good size & the breakfast was great
Our room was a good size very clean and had lots of facilities within it and was well decorated. The bathroom was particularly nice and we had good quality linen and towels and a very comfy bed.
I would have liked bottled water as well on our tea tray
Friendly and helpful staff. Good service.
(1) The cooking was not the standard it should be for Holiday Inn (which I know quite well). Too ambitious for the quality of the chef at dinner. Oversalted main course in one case, dried out flatbreads in another; ground pepper on vegetables excessive; steak pie was fatty; mashed potatoes tasted like something from a packet. But to be fair, cooked breakfast next morning was good. (2) Bed is getting old and slightly ridged.
