Hotel needs updates
Pros:

The staff and location

Cons:

The price and the rooms. Extremely run down and outdated rooms. The side table was literally on a slant due to the flooring. Needs major updates for the price paid.

The hotel price is reasonable. We will be back to this hotel again. We enjoyed our stay. the room is nice and comfortabl
Pros:

The hotel is accessible to Robson street shopping and dining. Walkable to all the places you want to see in Vancouver downtown.

Cons:

There is no parking in front of the lobby. If you have a car, you have to park nearby and you need to check in to get the key for their parking space.

An expensive yet underwhelmingly basic hotel, but with good location
Pros:

The location was great! Walking distance from the station.

Cons:

The only light that we had was a tiny table lamp. It was dark and dingy. Most of the power sockets in the wall didn’t work. Could hear footsteps loudly above us and outside, sound proofing was non-existent. Bold to call it a “hotel” - I’ve stayed in hostels nicer than this place.

Pros:

I liked the narrow shelves - very useful in a small room, and there was more than one shelf.

Cons:

Mattress needs to be replaced.
Blinds on the window less in light. Curtains are better.
