Below average
Pros:

Location VG for York races but overpriced and very dated. Breakfast not even as good as some budget hotels.

Cons:

The breakfast.
The very long trek to room at the far end of the hotel. No view from the small window in the room,

Great stay, would certainly recommend and would definitely return.
Pros:

Great views from the dining area and decking. Nice indoor pool. Bed comfy and lovely sheets! Great location, very easy to get into York to explore. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Very creaky floorboards in the room!
