Perfect Stay for a much needed break have during both the summer and winter and equally impressed
Pros:

Love this hotel our 4th stay here beautiful location easy to access local city and further out . Great leisure facilities and helpful friendly staff

Cons:

No Air conditioning but appreciate don't often get heatwaves however the 2 fans supplied were adequate

Customer service and facilities need improvement

Gym and pool , spacious rooms

Cons:

No air conditioning. Also randomly tv in the room automatically switched on at 3 Am in the night. It disturbed the sleep: we were doing a big cycle ride following day therefore could not sleep after that to have good rest. When this was reported to reception staff his was not taken seriously. Also there was no hot water in the shower in one of the room.

Very nice hotel. Well worth the money.
Pros:

Comfort and cleanliness. Breakfast was very well served with many options. Plenty of parking spaces.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. The distance from city center (around 30 min. walk) was a compromise that we chose, since we valued tranquility, as well as cost and availability of parking space.
