DO NOT STAY HERE. i just needed a good night sleep. In london for 48 hours and wanted to sleep with my husband;
flew in, the DELTA AGENT said by phone I'd be able to get the key to room at 2pm (1 hr earlier) NO PROBLEM...It was a big problem; then when we got back that night the room 144 should not be RENTED....smelled DANK and MOULDY and SO COLD, air conditioner on ALL DAY...really horrible. what a reception at 10pm at night..NEVER GO HERE
On line check in worked well and although I arrived very late staff were welcoming and efficient. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.
Bar area is a bit impersonal very open and has very little atmosphere.
It was easy to find, it was all clean and smart, the staff were happy and friendly and the bed was comfortable in our room. Early check in was seamless and the breakfast superb.
There was no square pin plug by the bed

Looking a bit tired
We always stay at the Marriott it is a relaxing hotel where you can just relax and chill, but not having stayed here n the last 3 years, was disappointed when told pool, sauna and steam room was shut down permanently
Noise from the air con fan unit all through the night, but having going to back to the room at 11pm, we wasn’t going to be changing rooms that late at night.
