I would like to recognize the two excellent Front Desk people. Jasmine and Clarissa! They handled themselves with incredible professionalism! At check out the system went down and Clarissa did everything she could to stay calm and help us.
The location was incredible! Just across the street from the convention center!
There wasn't a pool, which would've been great. I used a third-party booking company and because of the construction that was going on, they canceled one of my rooms without telling me. Please call in a week before at least when you are traveling there to make sure you have a room. Not fun!

One of my reservations was cancelled and I did not know about it until a few days before we were checking in. I asked the girl at the front desk (not Jasmine or Clarissa - they were GREAT!), over the phone before travelling, WHY I was not notified of the cancellation due to construction. She said, "This is a 3rd party booking. You will have to ask them." I contacted Booking.com and they had no such notification. One room was quickly booked outside of booking.com. Sad! We wanted to all be together!

We booked our stay almost a full year ahead. A week before the stay we received a blunt email to say they had cancelled. We were already in the States by this time and had booked transfers between the hotel and the airport. Fortunately we managed to find alternative accommodation but with the World Cup ongoing, it could have been a nightmare.
It seems obvious that they cancelled our booking in order to raise prices. Would avoid this place at all costs

Good location with easy walking distance to Sundance Square, local restaurants and public train and trolley services. In house breakfast options were very limited. Gym facilities were basic yet functional.
Not a thing. I got reservations 2 months inadvance and when I got there it was canceled No warning but people that walked in that day got rooms.

Fairfield Inn and Suites was a very comfortable hotel in a prime location for ease to explore Fort Worth. Within walking distance of the train and bus lines and also many sights, we had a great time using the hotel as a base for exploring the city.
The beds are comfortable, the staff were helpful and the fitness center was clean. We appreciated the breakfast being included which had a tasty selection of food.
