Lovely place! I had a concert at the O2, so the location was great and very convenient, as it was close to the venue.
Overall, the hotel was clean and I had a pleasant stay. However, I was a little disappointed with the curtains in the room. They were very creased and had some visible stains, which made the room feel a little less clean. Apart from that, everything was great.

Il letto matrimoniale uso singolo andava bene . Il bagno era terribile , mancava lo scopettone per pulire il Water Dai sifoni dal bagno usciva acqua ogni volta che facevo la doccia cosi il bagno diventava una piscina maleodorante la vista era su un cortile... Si salvava la colazione per quanto riguardala cena(io sono vegetariana) non c'era nulla di edibile . Insomma giorni disastrosi non consiglio la struttura e non ci tornerò mai più.

Wasn't particularly impressed with breakfast and we were given a disabled room which was tired. The hidges on the seat in the shower area were all rusty and unsightly plus when you opened the shower curtain after the shower the water just poured out around the toilet. If we had been disabled I would imagine this being a problem. Also the bar shuts at 11pm so having journeyed across London after a show and arriving back at 11.05 my hubby was not impressed to find he could only have an alcohol free bottle. Ann was very pleasant in our departure.
Location was spot on, car park was discounted for residents so was a bonus, breakfast was spot on, hot, fresh and delicious, we had a uber deliver our late night takeaway as we didn’t get to eat until 11.30pm, our own fault we was having too much fun in London, uber taxi was able to book in reception, room was clean and spacious, bed was very comfy, plenty of space and a wardrobe and desk in the room, we had a small bench and a large shower, toilet and sink, we would definitely recommend and we would be happy to use again, staff were friendly, knowledgeable and a 10 minute walk to Canary Wharf underground was a massive bonus!
