Young lady on reception when we arrived thursday at 1.30.was fab
If you do pay for breakfast be prepared if like a large breakfast as plates are very small
For the price paid it was a good hotel
Bathroom felt very cramped like a cruise ship
The lady on reception was really lovely dont know nane but she was pregnant room was great
Little bit snelly in reception area toilets they were clean but the smell was a little too much
Clean and comfortable with lots of space and great location
It’s not value friendly
Zentrale Lage an einer U-Bahn
Direkt an einer viel befahrene Straße
The room was well appointed and the facilities were brilliant.
Nothing, except maybe the cost of the breakfast was expensive when compared to others in the area.
Good location, small hotel, easy to navigate.
Rooms weren’t very clean, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30am so felt rushed to leave. £6.00 for a bottle of water at night too which I think is barbaric.
Close enough to the location what we need and the staff where very pleasant, rooms very clean and that made our weekend.
There was nothing to dislike about the hotel
The bed was comfortable.
I was called 5 times by IBIS staff during my event with family on the day of my check-in. I had already informed them I was checking in around 1am via booking.com and the first person who called. It was a special occassion, and depsite telling them mutliple times I wanted my room, the continued to repeatedly call me saying that although I had paid for my room and it was non-refundable, if I "didnt want it" they could give it to someone else! What?! Never experienced ANYTHING like this before and it was very very annoying. They did this 5 times, the last call was at 10pm at night and the calls started around 7pm and they kept saying they were in high demand. Bro, I've paid for my room.....please dont give it to someone else. It caused me a lot of stress and spoiled my evening.
Also, we actually wanted to check in early so we could shower and drop our luggage as our event started at 4pm, ending around midnight. They wanted to charge is £25 before 2:30 - on the booking.com listing it said checking was 1pm, but they argued with me and said I could check in at 1pm but it would be £25,
We ended up checking out late at our other hotel as they allowed it free of charge on account of the heat - that is what customer service and a good stay is about.
The room was dirty (not cleaned) and the decor was very old. I work in hospitality, stay a lot in London for work and this is hands down the worst stay I have had.
Perfect location as we were headed to see Lily Allen at the o2
Room was spotless, aircon worked and beds were comfy
Staff were superb and the breakfast that was included was tasty, great selection and hot
Nice amenities and amazing staff
Very clean quiet and comfortable
Situation. Quite a walk to underground station
Clean, modern and friendly
