Apartment was spacious and kitchen was good and balcony had great views. Bed was comfortable and bathroom spacious, shower floor was quite slippery. Location was great for the event we were going too. Parking was easy and no too expensive. Staff were exceptionally helpful
Some rooms are looking a little tired and could do with some maintenance. Our apartment roof leaked quite badly in the rain through an existing hole.
Hotel location was fabulous for the event we attended. The public spaces in the hotel are very nice. Coffee and toasted sandwiches are great. Room was big enough and the balcony was great with a lovely city view.
The shower over a very high bath was not good and a little dangerous. The bi fold frosted glass windows into bedrooms are awful and not a fan at all.
The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fantastic.
I didn’t like the fact that we had no water bottles in our room also the shower kept going hot and cold
Tram stop at the door .
Check in took over half an hour as only one staff on desk .
Shower was temperamental. Move to handle a mirco millimetre and it was too cold move it back and it was too hot .
