The toilet door in the room was soooo squeaky
Such a comfy bed with nice sheets and a very well-appointed room - felt very posh staying here.
Thick carpets and curtains dampened any noise/light and really gave a calming peaceful vibe to relax in.
The included breakfast spread was superb - the restaurant staff helped make that a fun experience.
Excellent access to prime riverfront walking trails and direct street access to tram line transport - so easy to the MCG from here.
From the check-in desk staff to the car parking online process and cheerful cleaners - Everyone here is working in synch to give a professional customer experience - well done guys.

Wonderful staff great location. The room was beautiful.
The general facilities are good.
Noise made sleep impossible. Rooms on Bridge Rd need to be sound proofed. Also, having the shower over the bath is dangerous.
Proximity to medical appointment location.
Room was classified as an upgrade from standard room. Room boasted a spa bath/shower, but we found it quite difficult to get into and out of the shower, spoiling what would have been a pleasant stay.
