Excellent value for money, best location. Can’t wait to stay again!

Fabulous location, great, clean and comfortable room. Balcony is great, in the river for a beautiful walk. Easy access to trams.

I didn't spend a lot of time in my room, but it was all that I needed.
Pros:

The rooms were nice and spacious.

Cons:

A bowl would have been handy for breakfast.
Plugs were in odd places to access for phone charging, etc.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Mattress felt a bit thin.
Taps for the shower were quite awkward to reach with the fixed

Will 100% still choose to stay here again, we will be back for NFL and stay again!
Pros:

Beds, pillows and pillow service were wonderful! The location was great as we were there for the NFL game so nice and close to everything. The cleanliness was impeccable. We arrived early and were just going to leave our bags in the cloak room, however, they did allow us to check in early which was a lovely surprise and given we had been up since 3am it was lovely to be able to shower ad refresh before going out into Melbourne.

Cons:

We went down to the bar for happy hour on the Thursday, the website advertised that they had $10 margaritas for happy hour, this was not honoured as it was apparently last months special (which is completely fine) BUT the signs plastered all over the hotel and bar as well as the website also advertised happy hour was $6 pots, $9 pints, $8 wines, $9 spirits and $15 classic cocktails, which also wasn't honoured for the margaritas. The bar tender was rude when we queried it, noticed he was also rude to his other staff member that was working with him. Overall though, great bar, great staff, great margaritas!

Being charged for housekeeping when asking for an extra blanket but it looked like the room could have had more attention from the house keeper prior to our arrival
