I was disappointed that there was only white bread and no oat milk for breakfast.

Step into toliet. And flush didn't refill quickly
Very pleasant, efficient, friendly and professional staff. Very clean comfortable room. Breakfast good.

M25 quite noisy in spite of double glazing but that is not surprising as it is so close by.

Location just off the motorway was great, free parking and it was quiet. The bar/restaurant was comfortable however it was quite small
There was an obnoxious smell emanating from the ensuite/toilet all night. It was so strong I couldn't sleep. I wanted to inform the staff at checkout but no one was at the reception desk when I was checking out. If the staff are reading this, it's room 206 I was in. The smell from the toilet/shower room was very overwhelming throughout the night. If I had to stay a second night I would be demanding a room change
