Really impressed considering the cost was so low. Very clean room with tea/coffee facilities

Very terrible had to cut stay short, let immediately because couldn’t stay
Pros:

This property is not worth the money they charge, it’s an old build with very smelling room. It looks like as airport AirPod! The bathroom is small with no decent showers

Pros:

The hotel offered good value for money. The rooms were clean, the location was quiet, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The service was excellent, and the way the team handled our concerns made a significant difference to our stay. Their professionalism and willingness to help turned our experience into a positive one.

Cons:

Our first night at the hotel was disappointing. The room was uncomfortably hot, the window could not be opened properly, and noise from passing trucks made it difficult to sleep. The pillows were also uncomfortable, which resulted in poor rest and caused headaches and neck and body pain. In addition, when I went to make tea during the night, I found that no sweeteners were available, which was inconvenient as I do not use white or brown sugar.

The following morning, my husband experienced similar discomfort due to the pillows and lack of sleep. I was unable to reach reception by phone during the night, but after explaining the situation through the hotel chat, the staff member responded promptly and arranged a room change. The new room was excellent: cooler, quieter, and much more comfortable, with a better bathroom, bed, and pillows. We were very satisfied with the improvement and appreciated the professional and efficient customer service.

Lot's of facilities here, rooms clean, bathroom clean and modern, all good.

Cons:

On an industrial estate, bit of a faff to get to are a long drive, but lot's of parking, so no worries there.
