La posizione

Cons:

Camera: Bagno anni 60 con vasca e tenda in plastica per doccia e rubinetteria anni 60. Letto senza comodini per mancanza di spazio ai lati ( lascio immaginare la dimensione della camera....) Ci hanno fatto pagare anche la bottiglietta di acqua dal frigo (persino negli hotel a 3 stelle non la fanno pagare). Per concludere, ultima considerazione, la camera n.71 non la ritengo adeguata per un hotel 4 stelle.

Other than the location everything else, including breakfast was far from a 4 star hotel.

It was an amazing stay - thank you
Pros:

The location right on the lake and across from the ferry terminal was great. Very easy to explore Lake Como and the town. The staff were great with assisting us and recommendations. We also really enjoyed the breakfast provided

Good location in front of Lake Como. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room.

Cons:

Quite noisy but not hotels fault. People in corridor regularly talking loudly late at night. Major road work outside - will be finished soon

Pros:

Suite con balcón mirando al lago, aire acondicionado conforme, baño muy limpio y ordenado, falta algo de aislamiento acústico.Parking interno muy seguro. .
Atención de Carlo en recepción impecable, al igual que sus demás compañeros.
Desayuno a penas cumple y se agrava por la falta de atención del personal al no recoger los platos sucios. Las máquinas de café son lo mejor del desayuno. Cierra 10:15 am
Restaurante externo, solo sonríen si almuerzas o cenas, para algo más sencillo tienes que como huésped del hotel exigir mesa. La comida bien y los precios razonables, como huésped del hotel hay 10% de descuento.

Cons:

La ciudad esta abarrotada de turismo low cost que saturan los servicios generales y transporte.
Ha perdido su tradicional elegancia y encanto por aceptar esta marea humana.
Tal vez por eso el restaurante tuvo que poner un aviso a la entrada: "no café, no pizza. no toilet "
Tiene toda la razón pero los huéspedes del hotel no deben tener restricciones.
Recomendable no visitar en temporada alta.
