Die Lage des Hotels ist top.
Da es leider in einer Einbahnstrasse liegt, ist die Zufahrt sehr Mühsam und nur auf Umwegen durch die Stadt zu erreichen.
Die Ausstattung. Das Bett war unbequem und knarrte. Bei jeder Bewegung dachte man, es fällt gleich auseinander. Für ein 4-Stern Hotel recht günstige Ausstattung. Parkplätze waren auch nur wenige vorhanden, für solch ein grosses Hotel. Nicht mal Platz für 2 Motorräder. Sie empfahlen ein öffentliches Parkhaus, gute 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt.

Great location and outstanding staff. W3 loved the blond lady at the front desk; I wish we knew her name.
The problem is the bathroom configuration. There is no sheet or hook in the shower. You must put your soap on the floor of the shower. There is no place to put shampoo or cream rinse. And there are no hooks to hang anything. I suggest you have a few employees stay in the rooms and figure out a useful bathroom configuration, especially the shower.
Great location in centre of Como and just across from the lake. Large comfortable room with good bathroom facilities and lake view.
When we ordered Aperol Spritz at the bar didn’t get any chips like we did in a pre- Covid visit to the bar. I know! A first world problem but we did comment on it.
With stayed in a large roomy suite, which overlooked the Marina and waterfront at Lake Como with the mountains as a backdrop. Hotel staff were really helpful and charming. The hotel's location has easy access to many of the local sites - Domo Cathedral (Duomo di Como), The old town ( Centro Storico) and Brunate village high in the mountains behind Como via the unique funicular taking you to great views. Boat trips onto the lake for an hour or the day are 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The Hotel has a good Resturant and bar, or you can explore with lots of places to eat (including an ice cream shop right next door which is obviously a local favourite). A great four days.

An amazing view!! The room was too warm during the night even though there was a heat wave it could have been cooler!
