Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Über alle Bereiche gehend sehr freundliches Personal, Lage sehr gut (alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Schiffe sind in wenigen Minuten problemlos zu Fuss zu erreichen), gute Matratzen, angenehmes Zimmer, Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant vielfältig und gut, Restaurant auch als Alleinreisende atmosphärisch angenehm, Frühstück italienisch/kontinental.

Cons:

Das Gemüse am Frühstücksbuffet könnte optisch inspirierter angeboten werden.

Pros:

A very stylish classic hotel in the centre of Como opposite the ferries. One feels right back in the Belle Epoch with its luxury style. A beautiful hotel, lovely terrace to linger and watch life go by.

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Die Lage und der Seeblick waren toll. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker, der Wein von guter Qualität und der Service gut.

Cons:

Chambre très simple pour un 4*
Équipement d'un hôtel de 1*
Douche très minuscule 60 cm j'ai failli casser le verre ....impossible de se doucher
Aucune bouteille d'eau gratuite contrairement aux autres hôtels de la même catégorie
L'hôtel ne mérite pas 4* il profite de son emplacement

Pros:

hôtel très bien situé, chambre spacieuse et claire, un personnel agréable, souriant et répondant sans problème à nos demandes. lieu de villégiature que je vous recommande.

Cons:

la qualité du petit déjeuner est un peu décevante au regard du standing de l'établissement . Beaucoup de produits industriels (charcuterie, fromage, jus de fruits).

Great Location but nothing special
Pros:

Ok it’s location is excellent as is it’s history , but its very very tired. My first visit to Como and a travel agent booked the accommodation. It’s not somewhere I would have stayed if I was booking a hotel but it served a purpose for 3 nights on a holiday where the accommodation wasn’t as important to the overall trip. It’s a perfectly serviceable hotel for what you may want to do in Como and the region .
