Great dinner experience and friendly staff!
Pros:

Location is great, amazing hotel restaurant and one of the best dinner experiences in Como. I was lucky to get a parking space at the hotel which was very convenient. Pet friendly, indoors and outdoors.

Cons:

I booked a room with a lake view but there was no balcony. I found room photos slightly deceptive as not every room (apparently) has a balcony, but the photos indicate they do. Lady at the reception was apologetic but offered no viable solution apart from smaller room or upgrade at the reduced rate, which I had to decline. I was looking to the overall experience quite a lot and it left me disappointed and a bit upset.

Pros:

Perfect position and rooms with a lake view are worth the extra.
Also the Garage facilities are a must if you have a hire car.

Cons:

Maybe a bit of updating would be good. And some changes on the breakfasts during the week.
