A great location and a comfortable stay!
Pros:

We had a great room with a view of the water. It was clean and comfortable - a good size for two people. The location is the absolute best for accessing west Galway and the Latin Quarter. We will stay here again!!

Pros:

Couldn't be in a better location, for exploring one of the most fun cities in the world. Our room had a beautiful view of the River Corrib. The hotel is parked right at the entrance to Quay st. which is the quintessential tourist shopping and pub experience. Also a short walk alongside the very beautiful River Corrib to the Galway Cathedral. The rooms were in very well kept condition and the morning breakfast is one of the top two continental breakfasts we have ever had. Loved the place.

Cons:

Front desk staff were amazing, but were training some new employees which led to a couple of lengthy trips to the front desk. But honestly, very minor inconvenience and the trainers and the trainees were very gracious and polite. So might be nitpicking here.

Cons:

This was no where near a 4 star hotel. It was not an inviting hotel, it was not clean and it was old and tattered. The room had absolutely no where to put clothes. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable with the hardest pillows I have ever used. The bathroom was ridiculously! A quarter wall of glass. While taking a shower , there was water everywhere! Keep looking, this is not the hotel....

Pros:

The room was very nice and comfortable. They lavished us with treats and free sodas and waters. The location cannot be beat as you are right in the middle of Killarney.

Great location
Pros:

The location was perfect. I parked my car and didn't have to use it again until leaving the hotel.
The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable.
The breakfast was very good.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Camera molto carina e posizione perfetta!
Gli spazi comuni sono bellissimi e la colazione è davvero super fornita.

Cons:

Trovo la moquette poco igienica e la camera forse un po piccola, ma per il resto tutto perfetto!!
