Would stay again but find other parking options.
Pros:

The property’s location can’t be beat. It’s close enough to the action but away enough to get some quiet if you need it. It’s unbeatable and central to everything. We were celebrating milestone anniversaries and they had a plate of fudgy brownies for us with chocolates!

Cons:

The parking structures are VERY small and difficult to navigate and fit especially if you’re not familiar with driving here. Probably the worst part about it. Lastly, the hotel does seem dated and is stained in parts, but it was fine for us

Excelente opción en el centro de Galway
Pros:

Un Leonardo moderno, habitacion grande, limpia y practica. Desayuno excelente! Ubicacion top en pleno centro de Galway. Una gran opcion! Personal super amable.

Cons:

No tienen parking privado, pero tienen descuento para dos parkings privados que estan al lado del hotel.

In generale ottimo hotel, stanza pulita, letti comodi e staff attento.

Cons:

Il problema riscontrato è ottenere la fattura per il soggiorno.
Non vogliono emettere fattura e sinceramente la sto ancora aspettando dopo più di un mese, e penso che non la vedrò mai.

Pros:

The room was lovely, bed very comfy. Welcome Stplate with sweet treats was such a lovely touch. Staff were so lovely particularly Joey at reception, so lovely and kind, exceptional young man. Breakfast was really tasty.

Cons:

I was on ground floor, there was no option to open window which I would have liked.
