Superb location.

Cons:

Parking is in a public car with a reduced rate for hotel guests. However, the hotel description shows that there's parking but no reference to being a paying one. Average breakfast and poorly presented. We asked for soft boiled egg, and they served hard ones. Asked again and again, hard ones were served. So we gave up

The perfect spot and comfortable.
Pros:

The room was perfect, but we did have an issue with the aircondioner not fluctuating from 25degrees which mace it very hot and uncomfortable. The maintenance person on evening shift couldn't find the problem, we were given a fan, as advised there were no other rooms available as fully booked. We got through the night, just ok with the fan. But the actual maintenance person came first thing in the morning and immediately discovered and fixed the issue of a very dusty filter which was causing the issue. He and the staff were lovely and sorted a drinks and coffee voucher for us.
Breakfast we felt was fairly basic for this venue. Mushrooms were advertised on the menu, but none were available as liable on either of our morning there. One morning g the plates were all wet. Scrambled egg overcooked and evidence of sitting in water. The baked beans had a crust on the whole dish first thing on our second morning. Sausages swimming in oil. No prunes, or fruit to go on cereal, other than thin puree which was diassapointing, the mango one wasn't very nice. The room was great and comfortable with a great shore. Location is the best. Staff helpful mostly. Brekky was a letdown, very basic for a 4star hotel.
