Cons:

The hotel has no elevator, and daily housekeeping is unavailable. The staff wouldn’t clean the room even after my request. I had to carry all my luggage upstairs with no assistance from any staff, so the overall service is mediocre.

Magical.
Pros:

Location was great! So easy to get around whether on foot or in a car. Beautiful views from the bedroom! We also loved having a balcony. Great little ice cream shop less than a 20 minute walk from the hotel, nice little treat with some beautiful views. Breakfast at the Bankhead next door was also quite tasty!

Cons:

The two things that could’ve been better for me - the pillows and the shower pressure/head. Pillows could be bigger and better. Shower could have a slightly better head with better pressure. Not terrible but not my ideal.

Pros:

We love our room, it's a very clean hotel and spacious! For the price we paid for it I would say it was worth it. Also what I love the most is the stores and restaurants are just a walking distance. The staff gave us a room with a pretty view from our balcony. Thanks Northwinds Hotel!

Convenient place to stay near Banff
Pros:

Nice communication experience. Everything could be handled on-line without ever talking to the staff. Overall, good experience if you want to stay nearby Banff. Clean, comfy beds, pretty standard stuff you would typically expect from a hotel for a short stay.

Cons:

Bathing amenities they provide (body soap, shampoo, etc) feel quite cheap given location premium. Many cheaper hotels provide much better amenities.
