Pros:

Great location, comfort bedroom. Close to several bus stops!

Cons:

No washrooms at the lobby. I expected cleaning service to be offered more often for this level of hotel. I was informed at the check-in it would happen only after the third day of stay.

Great staff and comfy bed, but room cleaning needs improvement.
Pros:

The location was great and very convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The bedroom carpet seemed quite dusty, which triggered my wife’s allergies. Room housekeeping was only provided every three days. Additionally, we had no running water in the bathroom for nearly an hour; while we understand maintenance happens, we never received prior notice to plan around it.

Great place to stay. Its a cute hotel.
Pros:

Live that it has balconies, cute little details like the hibernating dnd sign, self check in/out. The front desk girl was super sweet. Location is not bad. Everything is walking distance. Spa shuttle is cool. The option of having one is nice.

Cons:

The balcony light outside was on all night, was kind of annoying, I looked everywhere to turn it off and no luck. Shower had a very odd showehead doesnt really disperse a lot of water. And no lotion in the room.

There is no free breakfast gym pool sauna nothing just a room, thats all i needed but still at least it couldve be more cheaper considering that it offers so little

Find somewhere else to stay - expensive hotel which needs money spent on it.
Pros:

Good location if you want to be on the edge of town - close to the highway. Easy parking. Very close to an excellent restaurant - Crazyweed. Very close to a fab coffee place - Eclipse Coffee. Large bed, big room.

Cons:

We paid so much for a hotel that really let us down. We booked through booking.com and was not aware of their policy to only clean rooms once every 3 days. This was hard to swallow for the price we paid. We were only made aware of this when we signed the terms on checking in. The corridor on the first floor smelt really bad and I had to hold my breath when leaving the room. Thankfully the room didn't smell. All the furniture and fittings in the room were really worn, scratched, damaged and very low quality. The bathroom was old with stained grouting, shower wouldn't drain very well in bath and generally the rooms needed money spent on them. This was our second most expensive hotel in a 3 week trip with 12 different hotels booked.

Edit - Just to follow up on the hotel's detailed response which I really appreciate. I did kindly request a quick clean but was told by the reception staff that because I had had a clean the day before they wouldn't clean it again and there was nothing I could do about it .

Too expensive for what they provide.
Cons:

Very rigid about their check in time. Our room was ready at 3:45 but they made us wait till 4pm to check in.

The rooms have poor ventilation and the corridor smelled bad whenever someone brought strong smelling food.

The WiFi was poor.
