Hotel muy práctico
Pros:

Es un hotel práctico, con una buena ubicación y un personal muy atento y amable. En cuanto a los servicios, la piscina está muy bien, tranquila, limpia y con buen ambiente.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación no contaba con un grado de limpieza adecuado. El grifo del lavabo funcionaba regular y el agua de la ducha no alcanzaba una temperatura suficiente.

Hotel antiguo y caro para lo que es. No lo recomendaría
Pros:

La atención de las personas del hotel fue buena, y muy amables.

Cons:

El hotel está anticuado. No entiendo cómo puede tener 4 estrellas. Necesita un lavado de cara, pero más allá de eso, nuestra habitación en particular tenía roto el aparato que controla el aire acondicionado (el aire sí funcionaba), pero la máquina de control estaba completamente rota. Las persianas también estaban rotas.
Avisamos en la recepción de ello y las persianas si las arreglaron, pero la máquina del aire es que necesitaba cambiarse...
En general, nos pareció un hotel muy antiguo, además de caro para lo que es.

My daughter was going to Uni in Granada and a lovely hotel for solo stays. Will be returning.
Pros:

It was so beautiful on the balcony over looking the mountains and and Granada. The sunsets were fantastic. The swimming pool was refreshing after sunbathing.
The staff particularly in the bar were helpful.
Only a short walk into the city 15 minutes or get a bus down the bottom of the hill 5 minutes walk.

Cons:

Nothing i disliked, i had a wonderful stay and definitely will return.

Great stay would definitely recommend if you want a pool and to be close to city, Alhambra etc

We were upgraded to a suite. The staff made us feel extremely welcome and the location was perfect for exploring. Amazing views of Sierra Nevada.
