Short walking distance to arena for concert

Cons:

Booked a twin bed room. Arrived and was set up to a double room. Had to call service desk to split the bed up into two.

Really close to all the event venues at Olympic park

Cons:

Rooms weren't that flash for the price. In the twin room, the beds were less than an inch apart, not suitable for anyone that wouldnt also be comfortable sharing a double bed with that person!

Good for the needs of the trip

Entry and restaurant was modern, stylish and clean
I could not fault the staff. They were extremely informative, helpful, professional and friendly

Ok for a short stay
Pros:

Food was excellent and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Hot water at the shower was not that hot. We had to fully turn off the cold water tap.

We were out in the noon and out the housekeeping tag on. The person came to do the cleaning when we were wee back in. Requested to come back at 4pm as we were heading out. Came back at 8pm and no housekeeping was done.
