Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war in Bezug auf unsere Besichtigung optimal in der Stadtmitte. Tiefgarage war vorhanden. Zudem haben wir ein Zimmer up grade erhalten.

Habitaciones muy amplias, camas cómodas.
Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, con un baño muy grande, camas muy cómodas. Hotel limpio, personal agradable.

Cons:

En una de las habitaciones hacía mucho frío aunque no se encendiera el aire el ningún momento, la única solución fue darnos más mantas.
No me gustó que no hagan las habitaciones salvo que tu lo pidas o a partir del 4 dia, entiendo que no se haga cada día, pero alternos… dejarlo en nuestra manos no es agradable, y más en un hotel de esta categoría.
Por otro lado la tv solo está en alemán (comprensible), pero actualmente podría incorporarse cualquier tipo de chromecast o similares (por no cambiar la tv entera y que el precio sea menor) para hacerla utilizable para todos.
Por último, se oyen mucho las habitaciones de alrededor (nivel que se escucha el grifo de la ducha), no nos resultó molesto y con tapones al dormir perfecto, pero si es algo importante para la persona que lo tenga en cuenta.

Die Stadt ist super, das Hotel leider nicht.

Also das Zimmer sowie der Frühstücksraum sind sehr renovierungbedürftig. Das Bad ist in einem schlechten Zustand (Deckenleuchten und Deckenverkleidung rissig, Abfluß unterhalb des Waschbecken veschmutzt und optisch schlecht, Unfallgefahr beim Wannenausstieg wegen der Waschtischkante. Die Sitzpolster im Speiseraum sind verschlissen stammen noch aus dem letzten Jahrhundert. Farbanstrich blättert von der Decke. Die Kaffemaschinen sind eine Zumutung, jedenfalls die eine, den die andere war defekt. Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Entspricht nicht den 4 Sternen

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la stanza. Ampia, luminosa, dotata di confort, molto pulita e con letti comodi. Staff cordiale. Molto apprezzata anche la posizione in una zona con diversi negozi e caffè, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico.

Cons:

L'unico appunto che mi sento di fare è sull'accesso all'ingresso. Sebbene l'indirizzo dell'hotel risulti su una strada principale, in realtà da Mariahilfer Str. si passa attraverso una galleria di negozi che porta al vero ingresso, sulla stradina parallela alle spalle. Nessun problema dal momento che la suddetta stradina è tranquilla e rapidamente raggiungibile, tuttavia sarebbe opportuno informare i clienti che la galleria commerciale la sera viene chiusa, anche per il solo transito, motivo per cui è necessario raggiungere l'ingresso principale dalle traverse limitrofe
