Not pleasant. But staff were really nice and tried to very very helpful

Location has become very bad. Door is closed at 10pm and you have to do a detour to enter the hotel. Room is old. Black out bad. Bathroom facilities very old. Ac system very old

A localização do hotel é excelente, dá para visitar as principais atrações turísticas a pé; o café da manhã é muito bom, bem variado.

Cons:

O Booking ofereceu a opção de duas camas de solteiro, mas o hotel nunca confirmou, então, apenas na hora do check-in, fomos informadas que não estavam disponíveis; a limpeza do quarto, como padrão, só é feita a cada quatro dias; a iluminação do quarto é fraca.

Muy buena ubicación, a 200 metros del U3, cafés, centros comerciales y supermercados a pocos pasos de distancia. La habitación superior estuvo muy bien. La tina tambien nos encantó, grande para un adulto y tambien para poder bañar a nuestro bebe.

Cons:

Las cortinas blackout tapaban la mayor parte de la luz del exterior, sin embargo, los extremos dejaban pasar bastante luz lo cual es molesto ya que en verano el Sol sale muy temprano en Viena.

Pros:

Местоположението на хотела е идеално за хора с малки деца. На пешеходно разстояние има много забележителности, магазини, ресторанти и заведения. Стаята беше приятно голяма. Хотела макар и до главна улица, е на тихо място. Леглото е много удобно, за хора които обичат меки такива. За първи път не ме боля вратът от възглавницата.

Cons:

Стаята беше доста амортизирана, имаше дупки на пода, уплатнението на вратата за тоалетната беше накъсано, а на места и липсваше. По ваната имаше места на които липсваше покритието й. Столовете в стаята бяха мръсни. Нямаше хубаво осветление в стаите, само нощни лампи. Хубав замисъл. но липсва поддръжка. Закуската всеки ден е една и съща, с някои минимални разлики.

Lokatie, mooie ruime kamer, koffie hoekje.

Cons:

De bedden was raar opgemaakt dekbed overdwars en als je beweegt, beweegt de andere ook met je mee. Bed was niet echt stabiel.
En wat we apart vonden standaard wordt de kamer niet schoongemaakt we moesten zelf aangegeven wanneer we deze schoongemaakt wilde hebben.
Zelf zou ik het anders overbrengen naar de klant.
