Für eine Nacht wieder
Pros:

Im großen und ganzen waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstücksbuffet und die Frühstückszeiten bis 12 Uhr sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Während und nach dem Duschen stand das Bad komplett unter Wasser. Man konnte das WC nur durch Wasser betreten.

Das zentral gelegene Hotel eignet sich gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Koblenz.
Pros:

Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind gut erreichbar, das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Fassade ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Nice rooms, beautiful lobby

Cons:

Reception didn’t seem to know exactly what had been paid for, or what needed to be paid for. Also, different stories about parking led to an annoying exit from the garage.We paid for a privilege room with a river view. While we have no issue with the room, itself, no mention was made of the fact that to see the river, you have to look through construction and cranes. Not exactly what we wanted.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war schön, wir hatten Blick auf den Rhein. Und auch sonst ist das Hotel sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist zwar direkt am Rhein, aber zum Deutschen Eck, in die Altstadt oder zum Bahnhof ist es schon ein ganzes Stück.

Ich hatte meine Jacke im Zimmer vergessen..Es fiel mir am Nachmittag des Tages auf, an dem ich ausgecheckt hatte. Als ich bei der Rezeption anrief, meine Zimmernummer safte und fragte, ob ich die Jacke abholen kann, da ich an dem Tag noch in Koblenz war, sagte man mir es ginge nicht und ich müsse mich per E-Mail an die Hausdame wenden.

Also konnte ich die Jacke nicht abholen, sondern musste sie mir nachdenden lassen, was weitere Probleme verursachte. Nachdem ich den Paketschein per E-Mail losgeschickt hatte, erhielt ich für einige Tage keine Antwort.
