Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war gut und Preis / Leistung stimmt

Cons:

Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert. Die Mitarbeiterin hat aber sofort reagiert und Abhilfe geschaffen

Rundum zufrieden !

Lage ist gut, 10 Min. zu Fuß bis zur linken Rheinseite - Wunderschöne Anlagen in Koblenz.

The position, close to the center

Cons:

The lady at reception who handled my check-in was unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked whether she spoke English, she said yes but continued speaking German. Communication was clearly a problem, as she was unable to provide even basic information, such as the breakfast times. The room I was initially assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, so I asked to change room. Unfortunately, the receptionist was unable to understand my request due to the language barrier. Another colleague eventually came to assist me and assigned me a different room, but only after asking me numerous questions. Clearly he did not believe me, I stated to go himself and verified.
Overall, the check-in experience was disappointing. I would expect the staff at the reception to be welcoming, helpful, and able to communicate effectively in English with international guests.

Very comfortable.
Pros:

Very comfortable. Nice sauna. Great breakfast.

Cons:

To get out to walk along the river we had to walk out through the underground car park.
Also the kitchen closed at 9pm which we felt was very early.

Pros:

Zimmerreinigung nur auf Anforderung

Cons:

> offensichtlich waren die Einzel u. Doppelzimmer vertauscht worden. d.h. die 2 Ehepaare hatten Einzelzimmer mit Doppelbett und nur einem Zimmerschlüssel, die 2 Single Personen Zimmer mit Doppelbett und 2 Schlüsseln. (im Grunde aber kein Problem)
> von 4 Zimmern war eines nicht sauber (Haare in der Dusche)
> eine Mitarbeiterin am Rezeptionscounter war etwas unduldsam
> schon beim Check in wäre ein Hinweis auf die Selfservice Bar sinvoll gewesen
> 26 Euro für das Frühstück mit üblichem Buffet Angebot erscheinen recht teuer. (in einem Kafeehaus haben wir am nächsten Tagfür 22,50 Euro ein vergleichbares Frühstück für 2 Personen bekommen)

Freundlicher, herzlicher und individueller Check-In/ Out!!!! Schöne und gute Renovierung ( neuer schneller Aufzug)
Angenehmer Barbereich
Parkplatz mit Hotelaufzug erreichbar und preiswert!

Cons:

Aussenanlagen nicht einladend, Etagenflure monoton wirkend, Parpklätze sehr sehr eng, viele Gruppen! Telefonisch ist Rezeption von 15 Uhr bis 17 Uhr nicht erreichbar - es hebt niemand ab, es gibt keine Ansage.

Eine Unverschämtheit
Cons:

An der Bar wurde uns am Samstag Abend bereits um 23:20 nichts mehr ausgegeben, da die Bar vermeintlich um 23:00 schließt. An anderen Tischen wurde aber noch bis 1:30 Uhr Getränke ausgegeben, wie wir am darauffolgenden Tag haben erfahren müssen. Zudem war der Barkeeper extrem unfreundlich.
Das Zimmer war auch nicht sauber, es wurde nicht gereinigt, was bei einem Zimmerpreis von 180,- pro Nacht absolut indiskutabel ist. Die Wassergläser und Habdtücher auf den Zimmern waren zudem auch schmutzig.

Foyer, Größe und Grundausstattung Zimmer, Qualität der Matratze.

Cons:

Fehlende Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption - Nicht eingehaltene Zusage vom Vortag, wonach wir die Zimmer ausnahmsweise schon ab 13 Uhr beziehen können, weil wir eine Tagung hatten und uns umziehen mussten. Das am Tag diensthabende Personal wollte davon nichts wissen und verwies stur auf die Buchungsbestätigung. -:Frühstück mit 26 EUR pP im Verhältnis zum (ordentlichen, aber normalen) Angebot und im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels überteuert.
