É o padrão IBIS, nenhuma surpresa.
a Localização é fabulosa... restaurantes, bares, lojas, padarias, farmácias, etc, tudo por perto e de faço acesso.

Cons:

O hotel já está desgastado pelo tempo, demandando manutenção, nada que prejudique a estadia mas você percebe que já está no limite. Vão precisar olhar pra isso, logo.

A estadia foi agradável, acolhedora aliado à cidade ser muito legal.

Localização, atendimento e alimentação foi boa.

Cons:

Barulho dos hóspedes à noite e madrugada, quando chegavam para seus quartos. Acredito que o hotel poderia estabelecer e destacar regras para bom comportamento social nas chegadas aos quartos no turno de descanso.
