We’d return but ask for a room higher up and not on the ground floor
Pros:

The location is brilliant. The breakfasts were fantastic. The room was comfortable amd we enjoyed the shower.

Great location and nice clean hotel but lacking in facilities

Lack of those touches that I would expect. Soap, shower gel etc

Very comfortable bed. But possibly the worst pillows ever, way too firm, I have a neck pain from sleeping on them. Really not good. And it appears that the staff are all aware of the situation.

Have options at the concierge desk for softer sleep.

Fantastic stay in Dublin
Pros:

We were able to check in early as our room was available. Desk staff was very helpful with directions to stores and calling a taxi. Room was quiet and had air conditioning control. We found out later at other locations that this is a big plus. Our room looked out onto Christ Church which was beautiful. The location was really central. We were able to walk to Trinity College and Jameson.

Cons:

Parking was available for a couple of cars to drop off and pick up
