The staff were lovely and very helpful, the hotel was clean, modern and inviting. The room was spacious, comfortable and had a great view!

The room was comfy and clean
The staff member could have been much more understanding and accommodating. I was staying with a group of friends, and I ended up paying $150 more than they did while receiving a smaller room. I explained the situation and asked whether I could at least be compensated with complimentary parking, particularly as I had two cars, but the request was met with a straightforward “no” without any attempt to offer an alternative.
I’ve stayed at many hotels and have generally found staff to be much more accommodating in situations like this. I’ve also stayed at this hotel before, which made the response even more disappointing.
I understand that not every request can be accommodated, but I would have appreciated some understanding or an effort to find a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, the staff member simply wasn’t interested in helping, and I left feeling quite disappointed. I wish I had been dealing with someone more helpful.
Location close to where we need to be. The foyer and restaurant were lovely and welcoming staff.
The bathroom needed a good scrub. Mould/dark stains in silicone and grout. Dark marks on tiles in bathroom.
Pump soap in bathroom at vanity didn’t work. Needed a new bottle.
Balcony needs a tidy up and make it more welcoming.

We had a huge balcony which was great- but nothing on it apart from two plastic chairs. Would have been nice to have had a little table or sun loungers.
Beautifully and tastefully renovated
A little noisy firstly from large exhaust vent outside my window and then noise drifting from partygoers at the bar.
The room was very good..Actually got an upgrade, which gave me a better room than initially booked.
The food in Ammos & Sands not impressive. Only ate there once and that was it.
