Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen, es gab viel Auswahl an warmen und kalten, süßen und salzigen Alternativen.

Cons:

Wir kamen gegen 16:30 Uhr im Hotel an, also lange nach der angegebenen Check-in Zeit, und mussten etwa 90 Minuten mit vielen anderen Gästen auf unsere Zimmer warten, da diese noch nicht gereinigt waren. Das alleine stellt für mich noch nicht das größte Problem dar, obgleich das bei einem Flughafenhotel mit wahrscheinlich durchschnittlich 1 Nächtigung besser organisiert sein sollte. Wenn dann die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption keine Bemühungen zeigen, freundlich auf die Umstände hinzuweisen oder Alternativen zu suchen, steigt der Unmut ins unermässliche. Wir wurden mehrmals vertröstet, später wieder zu kommen, mussten uns dann an der Schlange der ebenfalls Wartenden vordrängen, was wiederum Unmut bei den nächsten Gästen verursachte. Als ehemalige Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin kenne ich solche Situationen und weiß, wie unangenehm diese sind. Trotzdem ist Freundlichkeit und Verständnis den Gästen gegenüber die höchste Qualität, die dieser Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption an diesem Tag nicht eingepackt hatte.

Bettwäsche war dreckig - das Sohlenprofil gut erkennbar. Beanstandung an der Rezeption am Nachmittag - Ergebnislos, in der Nacht einen Bettbezug beim Nachtportier geholt. Türe zum Badezimmer am Boden gut ausgefranst - vermutlich jahrelange Wassereinwirkung. Das Frühstück mittelmäßig - es gibt besseres in 3-Sterne Hotels. Der Frühstücksraum total überfüllt - nach 15 min. Wartezeit am dreckigen Tisch platzgenommen.
