Alt, ungepflegt und nicht sauber.
Pros:

Personal war freundlich

Cons:

Sehr alte Zimmer, sehr schmutziges Bad (Haar an der Duschwanne, Schimmelflecken in den Fugen), Einzelbett auf ca 120cm Breite, keine Kaffeemaschine sondern Instant Pulver, kein Smart TV, alter Teppichboden. Insgesamt sehr outdated und nicht wieder.

Prezzo da rapina durante la fiera. Assenza di navetta dall’aeroporto. Personale incapace di fornire informazioni al telefono su come raggiungere l’albergo dall’aeroporto (non parlavano né inglese né tedesco)

Proximité aéroport

Cons:

l'attitude de l'accueil, condescendant; avec une proposition que je ne n'avais jamais dans un hôtel censé être 4*; j'avais demandé de pouvoir disposer de la chambre un peu avant la disponibilité officielle . En arrivant, si vous voulez disposer de la chambre 2 à 3 h avant l'heure prévue alors cela sera 10€ par heure; cette proposition a été faite de surcroit avec un ton très condescendant; j'ai refusé; dans ce cas, vous ne pourrez pas accéder à la chambre;
je demande alors s'ils ont un espace de travail car j'avais une réunion importante à préparer et là l'accueil me répond que non, et que je peux m'installer sur une table du restaurant; franchement, je suis consterné
