The room was clean
The free breakfast was horrible..

Bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was average.
Location was hard to find. I arrived during a downpour and entrance was wet and towels on floor to absorb water. No “Wet Floor” signs.
Breakfast coffee from dining area was awful. I didn’t like paying a $100 deposit- I’m 70 years old and don’t trash rooms or steal towels. I reserved a disability access room specifically for a bathtub with seat. Guess what? No seat in bathtub.
Hallways needed vacuuming.
Convenient to restaurants and the venue where the event was held that we were there for!

Having breakfast was a great bonus to start the day.

Rusted bathroom. Far from the downtown. Breakfast without real coffee. Thin walls, lots of noise. Wasn’t even cheap. “Park at your own risk” sign at the parking lot says a lot. Loud air conditioning and loud dehumidifier.

For the price, this hotel is absolutely excellent. The room was very clean, neat, spacious, and comfortable. There was plenty of space, and having an elevator was very convenient because we didn’t have to carry everything up the stairs.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. But the biggest surprise was the price — it was very affordable for what this hotel offers.
The breakfast was amazing. Honestly, I still can’t believe how good it was for this price. We have stayed in hotels that were three times more expensive, and the breakfast there was much more limited. Here, the breakfast was really great.
Overall, we had a very good experience and were very pleasantly surprised. Great value for the money!
