Location is good

Cons:

The housekeeping policy is out of my mind. Only can have the housekeeping service on your room if you stay 4 nite and above.
And you only can get replacement towel by getting it yourself and the recipient counter.

Great Value for the Price.
Pros:

Place was in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were in an accessible room with a roll-in shower. The bathroom flooded whenever we used the shower. Front office staff indicated that lip to the shower had been removed to allow easier access for wheelchairs. Best Western needs to redo the shower. The sink in the room had faucets installed too far back from the bowl of the sink. Thus allowed water to splash all over the counter, creating a mess. Solution may be as easy as installing different faucets. Mattress on bed was okay, but not very comfortable.

Pros:

parking was convenient, room was clean ,bathroom clean, very friendly check-in person,
breakfast could have had whole wheat bread and gluten free versions of food !

Cons:

it is a very very long hall way to get to some rooms, if a person with difficulty ambulation has to manage that it is challenging

Better breakfast selections, like begal, real sausage that didn't taste like rubber and juice in the machine since you have it available all day long, it's says that in the brochure in the room.

Pros:

Basic facilities, relatively clean, we were a big group so we got close rooms

Cons:

Room is a bit smelly, still clean, the shower air vent is extremely noisy, I had to put the lights off as both are on the same switch and use the bathroom in the darkness!!
