Could have been better!
Pros:

Close to all amenities & good shuttle service to the Mall & Gautrain

Cons:

There was works in one corridor before my room & the noise & fumes which I had to pass through just to get to my room & workmen with hoovers and floor covering which were trips & falls hazards.

Pros:

The room service is exceptional. Its so efficient. Food from the Bullrun was nice, though some of the menu items were not available our whole stay, and we loved the variety on the breakfast. The housekeeping staff was nice and the some of the other staff. The shuttle service is so convenient, makes it so safe.

Cons:

I just felt like some of the front desk ladies weren't so hospitable. Its a hotel, it should make you feel so welcome.

Pros:

Very safe location with great shuttle service to downtown centre.
Fabulous breakfast buffet
Having a bathtub in the room was a bonus.

Cons:

Beautiful gardens and two pools.
Need to heat at least one of pools.
Well maintained but no one using them.

it is silent and clean; staff are generally very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

1. Not the 1st time, but always have a feeling the bottle of water per day is not enough.
2. made a mistake at reception level which made me pay for a future room. Although initially upgrades as a compensation, the person should have been more careful before confirming my secretary had not paid the room.. when in fact 1st nigth had been paid.
3. My phone in the room was not working properly, even after maintenance visit to repair.
