Amazing experience. Fantastic location with great restaurants. Service and personalised with true care. Rooms are great and feel homely with beautiful gardens. You would never know you are in the city which is a true escape in the city.

This is my second time staying at the Balalaika, and I have no complaints. The team always makes me feel right at home, and the service is consistently excellent. I also absolutely love the ribs at Bull Run—they're always a highlight of my stay!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help. The breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh, high-quality options, and the overall service throughout my stay was outstanding.
The location is another major advantage, with easy access to Sandton City, Nelson Mandela Square, and nearby business offices. I also appreciated the reliable shuttle service, which made getting around even more convenient.
If you're staying at the hotel, I also recommend trying The Bull Run Restaurant. The food was excellent, the steaks were perfectly prepared, and the lively atmosphere made for a great dining experience.

I stay at this hotel over the weekend and it was such a pleasant experience. The check in was fast and ladies where friendly, rooms where clean,fresh and spacious, they even kept the room warm for me.breakfast and dinner real good lots of options. Absolute gem in the busy hustle of Sandton, highly recommend

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff
The hotel was clean and the staff attentive and polite. The room was clean and tidy. Restaurant and bar were a pleasure to use. We used the Bull Run for dinner and that was very good
Nothing springs mind. We did walk around the locality but it was very quiet and with the exception of the shopping mall we didn't see anyone.
