Wonderful
Pros:

The location of the place is very convenient. Closer to Nelson Mandela Square.

The breakfast was superb with a lot of variety.

Cons:

Its a problem providing water in the room. I had to request for water all the time.

Renovations - sound of hammering and drilling the entire Sunday afternoon
No water pressure in the basin. Great pressure in the shower but the shower drain couldn't handle the volume of water so whole bathroom floor flooded
The hotel is laid out in a maze and it is a very long walk from the room to reception
Reception staff are the absolute worst

Cons:

Sometimes the coffee cafe personnel is out of sight when one wants to buy coffee. Maybe they should have a bell to ring for service

Could have been better!
Pros:

Close to all amenities & good shuttle service to the Mall & Gautrain

Cons:

There was works in one corridor before my room & the noise & fumes which I had to pass through just to get to my room & workmen with hoovers and floor covering which were trips & falls hazards.
