My stay was perfect.
Pros:

Dinner, I enjoyed the vegetarian option

Cons:

It was great, however vegetarian options were not enough. And also my friend does not eat pork but for breakfast there were only pork sausages and no chicken or beef option.

Staff went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast, I'm wheat intolerant, I struggled with the spread. The health side of the products was missing. Tin fruit and only high sugar yogurt available was disappointing.

Comfortable, welcoming - home away from home.
Pros:

The room was most comfortable and clean. Staff at reception, bar and breakfast/dinner are super friendly, helpful & accommodated all my needs. Accommodated my colleague after checkout time, to sit in the bar area for her meetings (may be helpful to have small meeting rooms, just for 2 people).

Cons:

The TV picture is a bit distorted - picture stretched out. (I'm being picky, but it does look weird).

The hotel is comfortable. The views are great and it has a calm and quiet ambience.
Pros:

There was everything expected at Breakfast. The staff were attentive and my coffee came as soon as I sat down. The view from the breakfast room is beautiful.

Cons:

Offer lactose free milk at breakfast especially that I mentioned that my husband would require this when the hotel called prior to our arrival.
Provide couples with a room with a king size bed instead of two double beds.

The place was absolutely clean and good service from stuff thank you so much
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful 🙌😊♥️ especially those small sausages and those fried potatoes it was mouth watering

Cons:

Please renovate bathroom at room 211 also plz don't put too much polish on that floor rug it was too much for our nose to breath
