Die sollen die Gäste in den Vordergrund stellen und nicht den Profit
Pros:

Die ruhigen Lifte. Nur die Einweisung das man mit der Schlüsselkarte den Lift aktivieren muss

Que no la arreglarán diariamente, ni siquiera hacían la cama, si no lo pedías expresamente. Inconcebible para un hotel de esa categoría. No me había pasado nunca.

Fijn hotel als je in Agora moet zijn.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel en de WOK in/bij het hotel.
Het winkelcentrum is om de hoek en heerlijke koffie bij "Binnenin" t.o CenA.

Cons:

De verlichting in de kamer kan beter, zeker voor ouderen.
Misschien een toiletverhoger voor ouderen. Ik (81) had moeite met opstaan vanaf het lage toilet.

Viel tegen
Pros:

Als referentie hadden we het Leonardo in Rotterdam maar daar haalt deze het niet bij. Mooie eetzaal die qau uistraling niet past bij de rest van het hotel.
De rest moet nodig opgeknapt worden.

Gutes Hotel für eine Nacht auf unserer Bikepacking Reise

Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder in der Lobby, großes Zimmer mit großem Bett, Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich (nach uns kam eine große Reisegruppe, da kam das Personal nicht mehr so schnell mit dem Auffüllen hinterher), einige Restaurants in der Umgebung

Cons:

Wir waren am Wochenende im Hotel und auf dem Platz zu dem unser Fenster rausging war es sehr laut und es wurde gefeiert und gesungen.

Locatie is niet interessant, best lawaaierig.

Op een gegeven moment viel de badkamerdeur in het slot, niet meer open te krijgen. Toen andere kamer gekregen (prima), maar wel vreemd.

Lage zum Bahnhof, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Frühstück wsr i. O., aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht. Obst und Gemüse war nicht vorbereitet, die Pancake-Maschine nicht einsatzbereit.
