Betalt for internet og havde ikke et fungerende internet.
Pros:

Beliggenheden er god. Men næste gang vælger vi ikke dette hotel.

Cons:

Vi havde betalt for højhastigheds internet. Men internetsignal var så svagt at det afbrød konstant. Samme problem for iPhone, Android mobil, Apple iPad og en laptop. Har ikke haft problemer på andre hoteller på rejsen.
Beklagede os i receptionen kort efter ankomst. Og så næste morgen og om eftermiddagen. Hver gang løfte om at få det ordnet. Da vi nævnte det ved afrejse 3. dag ville de notere problemet. Tydeligvis et kendt problem.
TV på værelset havde samme problem. Kunne ikke vise et roligt billede uden beskeder om manglende forbindelse.

Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and kind, the room was clean and we loved the shower area and the design. It is a bit far from the centre but the price was unbeatable. Also transportation is very easy to use in Seville so it wasnt a big deal for us.

a great Sevillian hotel and a great 2 day trip
Pros:

first I must really praise the staff. great experience regarding free parking on the street, they also suggested to take the tram to the centre of Sevilla and gave us a map and marked all the important stops. the location is the best - near the FC Sevilla - can visit a football match, which my husband loved. and close to 2 shopping centers, which my 16 year old loved and many very affordable tapas places, which I loved:)

the breakfast was excellent, with orange juice and eggs/ bacon to die for:) also churros were brought directly hot.., which my 11 years loved.......so all in all a great 2 days spent.... viva Sevilla! the people are beyond friendly☺️

séjour décevant ne correspond pas à la prestation 4 étoiles annoncées. trop de bruit
Pros:

propreté, confort du lit, emplacement, et petit déjeuner très bien

Cons:

énorme problème d'insonorisation, pas d'ascenseur à l'étage ( travaux) , piscine de très petite taille (3 personnes maximum)

repas restaurant médiocre . L'hôtel ne correspond pas aux 4étoiles annoncées. Chambre triple très petite et bruyante.

Pros:

Bien ubicado y buen desayuno.
Ducha muy cómoda y con buena presión de agua

Se oía mucho el ruido de tráfico de la calle y el aparato de aire acondicionado también hacía mucho ruido

So, so… no a 4 star hotel, needs updating
Pros:

Staff members were great, helpful, polite. I have nothing to complaint about them. Breakfast is was good too, the black bread was fabulous!

Cons:

This is not a 4 star hotel. The facilities are a bit tired, there are not USB chargers C or any type in rooms, headboard with scratches on it, not bath ropes and sleepers as expected of a 4 star hotel and advertised. We had to change room due to a problem with one of the beds. However, I do want to stress that staff were fantastic and breakfast was good
