Okay location, fine for a quick night stay - NO free parking at any time
Pros:

The shower was nice. The grab and go snack packs were not available yet when we left but thats nice that the hotel offers them to early morning travelers.

Cons:

Beds were not that comfy for us, a bit stiff but someone else might like it. The room is incredibly loud, we had to turn on the fan on the ac unit so that there was any white noise, otherwise you can hear a pin drop in the hallway or cough in the parking lot. That vinyl flooring just makes it like a loud cave.
We really did not like paying $10.99 for parking the night we stayed there. We were under the impression from the bookin.com description that since we were not parking long term, just the 8 hours we were at the hotel, that a fee would not apply. We were wrong. The front staff member was courteous but firm on this, they mention that people are upset about the cost all the time but the only thing he could do was lower the parking to $6.99 and should we not pay we would risk being towed. The two hotels nearby also had the same parking fee. I would consider a different hotel in the future that included short-term overnight parking in the future should we fly out of DIA again.

Disappointing
Pros:

Had a flight cancellation was told by GM Bree we could do a grab and go as we checked in at 10 and out at 3 for our flight.
Morning desk person Sky would not allow it and didn’t care at all.

Cons:
