Location was good for our work stay , breakfast was ok but room price was on the high side

Pros:

The rooms were surprisingly spacious with plenty of space saving storage. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

Cons:

Slightly disappointed with the breakfast. Breakfast service finished at 10am. We got to the serving stations at 9.35am. I'm vegetarian and there were no grilled tomatoes left. I asked if there were any more coming out and they said "no". So I could only have scrambled egg and baked beans. I was offered the vegetarian sausages but don't like the flavour. I was disappointed there were no mushrooms on offer.

Very good value for money - a comfortable stay with nice breakfast.
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable room and enormous bed. Quiet room even though next to the A38. Breakfast plentiful with enough choices for most tastes. Nicely decorated communal areas.

Cons:

A few items ran out at breakfast on our second day which was much busier as it was a Saturday.

Good value but poor aircon
Pros:

Near the National Memorial Arboretum. Good value as includes buffet breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Nice pillows. Good shower. Big car park.

Cons:

Most hotels in industrial parks don’t charge for parking. Very noisy aircon fan which could only be stopped by removing the key card from the slot which turned off all the lights etc. Our friends had the same problem.

Easy to get to . Very clean and welcoming . Rooms were lovely . Beds very comfortable . Staff very helpful and friendly . Food was nice .

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like is that the breakfast plates were only the size of sandwich plates . I’m not a big eater but I had scrambled eggs on my plate and it kept falling off the plate when I was cutting up my hash browns . The plate just needed to be bigger so they’re was room to cut you’re food up .

FRUSTRATING
Pros:

Most staff were very pleasant. Good food.

Cons:

A staff member refused to accept currency from Northern Ireland stating it was not legal tender. This is factually incorrect. I find it incredible that this issue still exists today. The last time I experienced it was in Glasgow back in the year 1993. Unbelievable as NI currency is accepted in most all other businesses within the United Kingdom, of which Northern Ireland is of course part of. Extremely disappointing and of course ruined our evening. I WOULD APPRECIATE A FORMAL RESPONSE TO THIS MATTER PLEASE. THANK YOU.
