Surprised by Holiday Inn
Pros:

The staff, the room and the facilities were better than first thought. I was quite impressed.

Cons:

The parking should really be free for guests, as it's not in the center of Burton.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

We paid for the dog but were made to sit outside the restaurant for breakfast, even though we were told that for dinner, we could have sat in the restaurant! Didn't like paying for the car.

Great overnight stay
Pros:

Friendly on arrival and departure. Room exactly as expected, and able to watch the world cup until 3am in the morning and being able to get drinks at the bar too!

Fantastic quality accommodation
Pros:

Ample car parking, air conditioning, very helpful & friendly reception and bar staff. Very clean and excellent hit breakfast. Nice reception/cafe area & staff responsive to request for late check out.
