Toda gentileza como os colaboradores nos receberam e trataram durante nossa estadia, ressalto a atenção e cuidado em atender e proporcionar o melhor para mim e minha família a colaboradora Francimar. O menu de travesseiros também foi um ponto muito especial.

A forma como um colaborador da Recepção me atendeu, durante o período da noite do sábado, dia 01/08/26,, quando iria chegar uma encomenda pra mim e perguntei se poderia eviar para o 1611?, Ele foi extramentemente ríspido, muito diferente dos outros que me atendeu, pois fizeram valer o diferencial de ser Gran Class, além de uma outra situação no mesmo período, onde fiza algumas perguntas e acreditava que ele seria o Concierg e aguarde na mesa com a identificação9 um senhor do cabelo grisalho da voz grave), postura essa que destoava dos demais colaboradores do setor(recepcionista, mensageiros e seguranças.)

Eu gostei de tudo. O Gran Marquise é meu hotel preferido de Fortaleza. Fiquei hospedado na categoria Gran Class e realmente percebi a diferença. Melhores acomodações e varios mimos disponíveis para os hospedes! Gostei muito da experiência Gran Class.
