Pros:

O restaurante externo é bonito. E a área de SPA é muito boa. Mas, o restante do hotel deixa muito a desejar.

Cons:

Do serviço de vallet, o atendente foi bem mal educado. O quarto não estava pronto na chegada e fiquei aguardando quase 70 minutos, o banheiro é velho e as torneiras giram no sentido contrário. O café da manhã não me agradou.

Das war unser erstes Mal in Gran Marquise Hotel,es ist sehr zentral gelegen zahlreichen Bars und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar sowie der frische Markt und den Markt für Handarbeit und traditionelle einheimischen Produkte
Dass Personal ist Kunden orientiert,freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonderes das Team ,das für das Frühstück zuständig waren ,
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt von Anfang bis zu Ende
Die kleine Details wie Obstteller als Begrüßung, Bügeleisen/Bügelbrett,die Körperpflege Artikel waren sehr bekannte einheimischen Marken waren auch ein Pluspunkt
Was das Frühstück angeht es war für jeden etwas dabei insbesonders für lactose/Glutenfrei intoleranz ,vor allen die frische zubereitete tapioca und cuscuz.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber,das Bett ist sehr groß und bequeme

O hotel tem excelente localização e ocupa um edifício bonito, mas claramente precisa de mais manutenção e atenção e carinho aos detalhes

Cons:

As toalhas são extremamente ásperas e de baixa qualidade, causando a sensação de estar se secando com uma lixa. Algumas estão tão desgastadas que já apresentam rasgos, algo incompatível com o padrão esperado.
O banheiro, por sua vez, é um verdadeiro experimento… e não uma boa experiência. Os registros funcionam no sentido oposto ao convencional e o acionamento do chuveiro foi projetado de forma pouco funcional: para abrir a água, inevitavelmente é preciso ficar exatamente sob a ducha, recebendo um jato de água na cabeça antes mesmo de conseguir ajustar a temperatura. É um projeto que compromete completamente a experiência de uso.
Os elevadores também deixam a desejar. Durante a estadia, um permaneceu em manutenção e o outro apresentava falhas, não atendendo todos os andares regularmente. Em alguns momentos, era necessário entrar e sair diversas vezes até conseguir chegar ao andar desejado.
O restaurante tem uma vista bonita, porém cobra preços elevados para uma experiência gastronômica que não acompanha o valor praticado.
O grande diferencial positivo é a equipe, sempre cordial, educada e prestativa. Infelizmente, por mais atenciosos que sejam, a simpatia do staff não consegue compensar as deficiências estruturais e operacionais do hotel.

Un hôtel agréable, idéalement situé.
Pros:

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble. L’hôtel est bien situé (très belle vue depuis la terrasse de notre chambre), le personnel est très gentil et le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec une magnifique terrasse. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la réactivité de l’équipe : suite à un problème dans notre chambre, celle-ci a été changée immédiatement.

Cons:

En revanche, les chambres et les salles de bain mériteraient d’être rénovées. Elles sont propres mais un peu vieillottes, ce qui contraste avec le reste de l’hôtel.
