Many positives, needs some work
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. I felt safe.

Cons:

Although the lobby was okay, the rooms need a major renovation. There were stains on the walls and floor, some rust, furniture is very worn out. I found a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door from a prior guest and a hair in the shower. The remote had some sticky subtance on it so I just didn't use it. The pool was closed for repair and the breakfast was limited as the oven didn't work.
