Good staff , restaurant was good . Rooms were clean and furnished appropriately.
The place gets very hot during the summer months. I had to keep room window open both times I stayed there (and glancing at other room windows more than half the guest rooms had window open ). They are the tilt-style windows than open out from below only a few inches , so not wide open but kind of ridiculous they can’t keep the temperature at a more comfortable level. My guess is room was around 80 F/26C with window closed
Nah beim Flughafen. Nettes Personal. Das Restaurant war überraschend gut. Wir waren im "neuen Teil".

Convenient and comfortable stay before an early morning flight out of KEF.
Only thing missing is an airport shuttle.
Warm and welcoming service, spacious room, very comfortable beds. Even though we didn't pay for breakfast, we were invited to coffee and cake in the dining room. The entire staff is smiling and pleasant, helping with any questions. The location is close to the car rental station, 10 minutes drive from the airport

room was large and comfortable, hotel was a short taxi ride to airport, staff was helpful.
The meal at the Library was delicious but, as with everything else in Iceland, ridiculously expensive.
The person at the front desk efficiently made a taxi reservation for us for the next morning. However, why can't the Radisson have a shuttle that runs several times a day at a rate less than a taxi?
The room felt stuffy so we opened the window. Unfortunately, a small but very loud sports car kept zooming up and down the street so we had to close the window part way. I tried calling the front desk (using 0 and then 1) for a fan but there are no instructions as to how to reach the front desk so I had to put on a bathrobe to trudge down to the lobby. I waited in line for 20 minutes and was told if a fan could be found, it would be delivered to my room. A dirty, malfunctioning fan was delivered a short time later. Our evening was further aggravating because the people in the room above us sounded like a herd of elephants in residence.
Very convenient position for the airport. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of space in the rooms for the luggage.
Did not like the small window open on the ceiling. Beside that all was good. Too expensive.
房间面积可以离机场近，但是没有班车去机场，酒店帮忙打车要4500kr非常贵。
为了赶第二天早班机才住这里，就睡一晚上要这个价钱真的没有性价比，早知道订个晚班机在机场休息一下算了。房间不太干净，不知道有什么虫子给我腿上咬了一堆包。下次不会再住这里了。冰岛的服务态度就像这里的天气一样冷，酒店也都一样。
