Barely adequate. Below standard, especially below Wyndham property expectations.
Pros:

Bed and shower seemed okay.

Cons:

Run down, smelled like cigarette smoke throughout - really strong in the first room I was assigned (moved to a room that the smell was minimal), elevator had metal pieces loose inside.

Nice and quiet the only downside is the nearest bus stop is about 10 to 15 minutes to walk other then that irs a great place to stay

Too tired from late flight to care about dumpy conditions.

Smelled horrible, no one answered the phone when I was trying to schedule the shuttle for the airport when I called ahead had to get an Uber to get there unable to use free shuttle as advertised. Lighting in room was super bright, but fluorescent lighting panels yuck, not enough light in the bathroom by the mirror was very dark. Floor Creaked every time you stepped on it.
