Good hotel
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Good tea and coffee selection in the room. Staff were very helpful. Loved having access to Netflix.
Welcome drink and crisps were a good touch!

Cons:

The gym is awful. No air conditioning and not well equipped. Also, the selling point is the all day breakfast buffet but it isn’t available when bus tours are in. Which is disappointing.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la estación de trenes de Granada y a 10 minutos del centro de la ciudad caminando, muy segura la zona y las instalaciones del hotel MUY BUENAS!

Groot luxe hotel, professioneel, en met wellness faciliteiten. Prima voor verblijf van 1 of 2 nachten.
Pros:

Ruime kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Groot professioneel congreshotel met prima opgeleid personeel. Honden welkom; er waren zelfs een hondenmand en etensbakken op de kamer. Voor de hond wordt wel € 25,- per nacht in rekening gebracht. Eigen parkeergarage € 14,- per etmaal, maar met in en uitrij-kaart zodat je de hele dag kunt in en uitrijden. Voldoende plaats en laadmogelijkheid.

Cons:

Douche had slechte afvoer; water liep de kamer in; maar er kwam een flinke straal uit de regendouche. Euvel gemeld aan de receptie; werd meteen opgepakt. Het was niet mogelijk om content te streamen vanaf je telefoon.

Personal muy amable, hotel muy cuidado. Un poco alejado del centro, pero en 15min. de paseo estás ya. Para repetir cuando volvamos a Granada

The bed has got wheels on one side, which makes it quite unstable and it moves a lot.
Staff were really helpful and they resolved the issue super quickly and professional!

Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man es wünscht, bekommt man per WhatsApp Empfehlungen für den Tag.Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Möglichkeit zur Nutzung der Tiefgarage ist super, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist.

Gran hotel a un paseito del centro.
Pros:

El personal de recepción del hotel es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites.
La habitación estaba muy limpia y era cómoda.
También tuvimos una grata experiencia en el gastrobar. En general todo de 10.
