Pros:

Ubicación genial. Realmente a 2 minutos a pie de la Catedral.
Hotel moderno, cómodo, me alojé en la Suite con la inmensa terazza ❤️ Fue maravilloso.
El desayuno buffet resultó el mejor de mi viaje en Andalucía.
Personal amable, mucha disposición.
La piscina en el rooftop , aunque pequeña y de raso suelo , un plus inmejorable para refrescarse después de caminar la cuidad.

Cons:

Durante la estadía no me remplazaron el mini bar que estaba incluido en la suite. Por eso le doy un 9.

Nice stay
Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms, very quiet despite overlooking the street. Breakfast was wonderful. Great facilities and central location. Staff were lovely.

Si buscas un hotel con piscina este no es.
Pros:

La ubicación , limpieza y amabilidad

Cons:

Que contrate parking y cuando llegue allí no pude meterlo porque mi coche era antiguo , tuve que dejarlo en un parking cercano. Y que la piscina es poco más que una bañera, solo cubre 80cm la terraza es pequeña con 10 tumbonas.

Tenía una suite. Estaba muy limpia, bien equipada, el personal fue muy amable. El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

Nos asignaron una suite en la que daba constantemente el sol y hacia mucho calor. El aire no conseguía enfriar la habitación y no podíamos ponerlo más fuerte. El personal fue muy amable y nos fue dando soluciones.

Entendemos que el problema no viene de ellos (trabajadores de personal), al final es un problema en diseño o de potencia en el aire, y como nos trataron bien no quisimos ser más exigentes

Estamos muy descontentos porque pagamos un dinero para pasar un fin de semana de relajación y al final perdimos casi que una tarde y una mañana haciendo cambios y probando soluciones para el aire… para colmo, las imágenes de la piscina engañan, es bastante pequeña, no supera los 0.80 m de profundidad…

Really nice central location, and beautiful hotel. The staff was nice and welcoming, we could even get into the room a bit earlier. The pool was nice, with a lovely view - just such a shame you’re not able to swim in it (it’s small and shallow) - but you can refresh yourself a bit.

Cons:

Maybe opening the pool a bit earlier would be nice. We wanted to watch the beautiful sunrise from the rooftop but unfortunately couldn’t because it was closed.

Questo hotel è stato un posto felice!
Il personale ci ha accolto con gentilezza, la camera molto bella e con tutti i comfort, tutto curato e pulito.
Colazione di qualità, posizione eccellente.
La piscina sulla terrazza piccola, ma perfetta per godersi la siesta, rinfrescarsi dal caldo della città e ammirare il tramonto.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!
