Pros:

La ubicación, ya que se encuentra muy céntrico en Alicante y queda muy cerca de todo (estación, playa, autobuses..)

Cons:

Muchas cosas como la limpieza, la antigüedad del sitio, la falta de insonorización, el olor de las habitaciones, el que solo tuviese un único enchufe, la poca amabilidad del personal en general...

I like the property in general very helpful 24h help and is very good location nice restaurant around

Cons:

The only thing I can say is just People not respecting others in the hallways. I understand we are in holiday but when you go back to your room why you need to yell ? And wake other people up? Is very disrespectful many people are so loud for no reason is not a party area 😂😂

albergo da rivedere, aria condizionata senza modo di regolarla

la cosa positiva era il parcheggio auto ( a pagamento) e la posizione abbastanza centrale, in 10 minuti a piedi sei nel cuore di Alicante, mi hanno rimborsato una delle due notte che non ho usufruito

albergo abbastanza vetusto, nella camera mancano prese di corrente, c'è solo una multipresa dietro la tv, quindi niente prese di corrente vicino i comodini, minifrigo con punti di ruggine sullo sportello, mobilio vecchio, ma la cosa che ci ha fatto andare via dall'albergo e chiedere un rimborso, almeno per la notte successiva, l'aria condizionata non ha un termostato quindi non regolabile e non funzionava neanche il pomello per regolare il flusso dell'aria, quindi la bisognava tenere tutta accesa al massimo oppure spenta, ce ne siamo andati via

Poca profesionalidad de parte de una camarera de piso que no limpio la habitación cuando debía, al solicitar limpieza de la habitación se quejó de nosotras por motivos absurdos y sin sentido mientras hablaba por teléfono con el recepcionista (se podía escuchar perfectamente lo que decía). Si atiendes a un cliente, lo haces con amabilidad y máxime cuando se comentó con educación que la habitación no se había limpiado el día anterior. Necesitan un curso de atención al cliente
