Mijn comments: Hotel voor een city trip: prijs-kwaliteit goed alsook locatie. Receptie vriendelijk. Medewerkers dakterras minder service verlenend. Alle hotelmedewerkers zouden attenter kunnen zijn. Dakterras (usp!) moet aangepakt worden; ruimtes hebben 0 uitstraling en sfeer, indeling is statisch, opgestapeld meubilair, plantenbakken slordig en er is onderhoud nodig. Hierdoor nodigt het totaal niet uit om er ('s avonds) gezellig te gaan zitten. Fijne, comfortabele kamers. Bedden en kussens uitstekend. Aanwezig meubilair en amenities precies wat een kamer nodig heeft. Badkamer heel praktisch maar heeft deep cleaning nodig. Balkon leuk. Kortom aan details moet gewerkt worden maar een goed en leuk hotel.

Não gostei de não haver um balde do lixo no quarto como é habitual em todos os hoteis, havia só um pequeno na casa de banho. O pequeno almoço não compensa nada, e é extremamente caro mais vale comer em supermercados ou outros. Apesar de ter "opções sem glutén" a pedido, as mesmas não sao frescas e sim pré-feitas, e as porções são super pequenas e quando pedimos mais umas porções a funcionária questionou "mais?" Achámos que foi inconveniente. O pequeno almoço além de não ter as opções ditas gerais para todos os gostos, tinha apenas comida tradicional espanhola, o que não acontece noutros hotéis, que tentam sempre ter uma variedade grande.Até os ovos mexidos que é algo básico, nao havia, tivemos de pedir para fazerem. O sumo só havia de laranja, não havia mais nenhum.
A limpeza do quarto foi sempre mínima, sendo que no segundo dia tivemos de pedir quase por favor na receção porque eram quase 17h da tarde e ainda nao tinham limpo o quarto e etc. Quando voltámos, o quarto só tinha a cama feita, toalhas e o lixo da WC mudado, ou seja, limpeza não houve nenhuma, porque o chão estava sujo e com pó. Nem aspirador utilizaram. Acho que quando o hóspede tem de avisar o hotel para fazerem o seu trabalho, algo não está certo.
A TV nao tinha canais por cabo sendo que os canais existentes além de nao serem nacionais eram digitais, o que para um hotel de 4 estrelas nao é concebível.

Tout est très étriqué au dernier étage où a lieu le petit déjeuner (très bon), ou se trouve un tout petit bar ainsi que la piscine qui est miniscule. On se marche pratiquement dessus. Mais c'est quand même sympa de pouvoir se refraîchir en fin de journée.

Location is really good.. everything is walkable from the hotel.
