Loved Barcelona and Hotel Cram
Pros:

The location of hotel is great and the room wasvery nice and quite spacious for Europe.
Had a fantastic breakfast although beware the pesky seagull if you leave your food unattended outside !!
The room was made very well each day without seeing staff and the front desk were very helpful and attentive and spoke English very well which helped us poor Spanish speakers a lot !

Cons:

I cant fault the hotel. Keep up the great work and if I am back in Barcelona I will certainly return to the Cram Hotel !

Top hotel, service en locatie!
Pros:

Wij vonden dit een goed hotel op een top locatie. De medewerkers waren heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op nog geen 100 meter van het hotel zitten verschillende eet gelegenheden en je zit op loopafstand van het centrum en het openbaar vervoer.

Cons:

We vonden alles goed maar als je toch iets moet opgeven wat anders kon dan zouden we zeggen dat we een extra prullenbak in de kamer miste en dat de douche niet bleef hangen aan de standaard. Maar dit zijn hele kleine dingen.

Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent — convenient and close to everything we needed. The room was cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast on the rooftop with a stunning panoramic view of the city. A lovely way to start the day. We would definitely return on our next visit.

Enjoyable and close to sight-seeing attractions.

Sijainti erinomainen, henkilökunta ystävällistä auttavaista ja ammattitaitoista. Aamiainen monipuolinen ja laadukas runsaine hedelmineen.
Kattoterassi viihtyisä ja rauhallinen.
Aamiaisen tarjouduttiin pakkaamaan mukaan kun lähtökentälle oli aikaisin.

Cons:

Ensimmäisenä iltana huoneessa haisi vähän viemärille. Opin ettei "single beds" tarkoita välttämättä erillisiä vuoteita vaan erikseen pedattuja vuoteita. Olin yrittänyt varmistaa asiaa viestillä etukäteen. Huoneet ovat niin pienet ettei sänkyjä voinut siirtää erikseen. Vuode oli kuitenkin todella iso ja pärjäsimme, vaikkemme halunneet nukkua vierekkäin. Palautteeni asiasta (mielestäni virheellisestä kuvauksesta) otettiin lopulta hyvin vastaan ja sain pienen hyvityksen.

Hotel ist in sehr guter Lage, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und alles ist sehr sauber.

Hotel ist sehr sauber und in zentraler Lage. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet
war ausreichend, allerdings wenig Frischeangebot.
