Decent choice due to location
Pros:

Big room and bathroom, comfy bed, fridge and safe in the room. Nice staff at reception. No issues with parking whatsoever. Location is good.

Cons:

Very noisy from the hall, doors slamming, can hear everything. Cleanliness can be improved. Smell from the bathroom. Not the best value for money. Air conditioning does not work, only comes on when the temperature reaches 25C. I would really encourage the hotel to provide tea/coffee making facilities. Not the best value for money.

Foi uma boa escolha para visitar o centro histórico de Toledo.
Pros:

O hotel encontra-se fora do centro histórico, mas a uma distância próxima, o que facilita uma caminhada a pé. É uma boa opção para quem quer visitar aquela zona.
O quarto e casa de banho que nos calharam eram grandes, próprios de hotel de categoria superior. Bom nível de limpeza. Em termos pessoais prefiro um colchão um pouco mais rijo. O alojamento estava virado para uma rua lateral e o silêncio presente permitiram um bom descanso.
A sala onde é servido o pequeno almoço não é grande, o que pode originar casa cheia. Porém, o pessoal de apoio é muito eficaz a limpar as mesas libertas e a repor os alimentos. A variedade de géneros é suficiente para proporcionar uma refeição variada.
Embora existisse estacionamento exterior, o que nos foi comunicado pela recepção, por razões de segurança optámos pelo estacionamento privativo, por um preço aceitável de 14 € por dia.

Cons:

Nada de importante.
Se tivesse que apresentar alguma sugestão de melhoria era separar a zona do bar da zona de recepção para evitar contaminação sonora e confusões.
