Overall an excellent hotel, I will certainly stay there again.
Pros:

The service and staff were amazing and went out of their way ensure everything was perfect.

Cons:

The water is hard, and does not remove soap/shampoo, which is not acceptable for such a high quality hotel. I also did not like that they exclude external services from entering the property (local taxis, laundry services, etc., even if asked to enter by a guest.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. My son was provided with crayons and coloring sheets. They provided us with options to check-out in the evening and it was really convenient because we had a late evening flight.
We opted for half board. Both dinner and breakfast served extensive and delicious spread. Pool was enjoyable, bed was comfy and room amenities were good. Will come back if we travel through Delhi again.

Cons:

Nothing about the stay. But the staff insisting me to rate them straight away seemed too pushy and made me uncomfortable. I think that was highly unprofessional coming from a 5-star hotel staff. This should be addressed.
