My second stay here during my trip to India. Again, my room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We were lucky enough to have sunshine so I spent the day by the pool which was lovely.
The business class rate including 3 drinks and a platter was a lovely touch.
I required some medical assistance and the reception staff and manager were so helpful, they helped me navigate a very stressful situation quickly and with kindness.
Prices in the bars and restaurants are very expensive but this is to be expected at an airport hotel.
Great hotel to stay for a layover in Delhi or for day use to wait for a flight. I booked in here during my final day in Delhi as my flight left the next day at 1:25AM. It's a nice hotel, very clean, safe and comfortable. Also only a 5-10 minute Uber from the airport or to Aerocity which has a lot of nice restaurants. Swimming pool and spa looks good.
Overall an excellent hotel, however I do think it felt a bit too corporate. I think you'd have a great experience here if you are a business traveler to Delhi, as coming for tourism the hotel seemed to lack a bit of "soul" compared to the other hotels I stayed at.

we had a very comfortable stay, everything was great special thanks to Ms. Shreen she was so attentive at reception and Mr. suraj help us in quick checkout. 🙂

お湯が出ない。チェックアウトの際にスタッフに伝えたのにも関わらず、「ちょっとお湯でるよ」とコメントされた。ラディソンブルの接客とはこんなものかと悲しくなりました。

Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr laut.
Und wir mussten lange suchen, wie man das Licht ausmachen konnte....Tipp Steuerungseinheit auf dem Nachttisch 😉
